We decided against the internet and immediately returned the modem and went into sams club to verify cancelation. Angelina supposedly called the main office to verify cancelation yet for several mo the the internet charge was included in my phone bill. I repeatedly called customer service and was told I never cancelled despite me calling and going to the kiosk several times. Thrur billing is a mess and all who work there are idiots. Angelina makes promises of gift cards to switch carriers but buyer beware. You will never ever receive a gift card. She is an outright liar. She will promise anything to get you to change carriers but do not take the bait. It has been nothing but a cluster ....since changing. I have since cancelled their crappy service and moved on to a reliable carrier. Keep an eye on your bill as there are several hidden charges they don't tell you about. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank, the FCC and PUC. Im seriously thinking of suing them in small claims court as well. That's how angry and frustrated I am with Angelina and T-Mobile.
