They never mentioned to him that he would need to pay for the cancellation and restocking fee so now he is out even more money and the employee who helped him "jose" said he was the manager when he asked to speak to the manager of the store. If he really is the manager he is a poor excuse for a customer service employee and is just out to make as much money as possible without caring about the actual customers.

It is misaligned with the sound bar. He never checked to ensure things were working. I asked him to wear a mask. He begrudgingly half masked his mask. He took off his mask in my house when I asked him to keep it on. He left the mask on the table. He has completely messed up my wall. I am worried and concerned about possible damage because now he put a hole in my wall and the sound bar and television installation is crooked and if it is moved it will leave holes in my wall.
