    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to report them to my bank as fraud. I canceled my account with them, and they still took money out of my account as payment. I spoke to different customer service representatives and they admitted it was an error and shouldn't have had the money withdrawn. They assured me the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. I waited and nothing, so I called again and was told that I actually have to wait 30 days for a check in the mail. So I waited again...and nothing! I called back again and was then told I have to keep waiting. I called again and was told I'm not going to get the refund unless I activate my account again. So I requested a call back from the manager, and she never called. I called the next day and was hung up on by two different employees as I was on "hold." I had asked them to call me back if the call dropped, but of course they did not. I am very frustrated with this company. They have admitted multiple times that the refund will be issued but when I inquire about it they hang up on me or don't call back. I have the text messages from Tmobile attached.

    waiting here was a waste of my time should have left after 15 minutes .

    If you would like to be almost immediately ignored, come here. You can watch 3 out of 4 employees NOT help waiting customers.

We pay $75 per month for 30 MBPS down / 10MBPS up but only get 17MBPS down and 1.5MBPS up so we are switching to 100MBPS Starlink for $50 per month. All that Geolinks would have needed to do to keep us happy would have been deliver most of the bandwidth that we pay for somewhat consistently. Image below: We have been hitting speeds like this consistently for several days. We called in a ticket and Geolinks promised dispatch which has never called. So another bad Yelp review and we are pretty much fed up. For this image I removed our IP Address and test IDs for privacy but the speeds are exactly what we are seeing .

    Very bad experience with t mobile at Sam's Club. Angelina who is their representative is a complete…read moremoron. We signed up for two phones and the internet. We decided against the internet and immediately returned the modem and went into sams club to verify cancelation. Angelina supposedly called the main office to verify cancelation yet for several mo the the internet charge was included in my phone bill. I repeatedly called customer service and was told I never cancelled despite me calling and going to the kiosk several times. Thrur billing is a mess and all who work there are idiots. Angelina makes promises of gift cards to switch carriers but buyer beware. You will never ever receive a gift card. She is an outright liar. She will promise anything to get you to change carriers but do not take the bait. It has been nothing but a cluster ....since changing. I have since cancelled their crappy service and moved on to a reliable carrier. Keep an eye on your bill as there are several hidden charges they don't tell you about. I ended up filing a complaint with my bank, the FCC and PUC. Im seriously thinking of suing them in small claims court as well. That's how angry and frustrated I am with Angelina and T-Mobile. Truly they do not deserve any stars except thrre is no negative rating available.
