This place charge $5.00 dollars just to accept a payment on a post paid plan, I would recommend people to pay across the street at Phone Mechanix; by the car wash cause those guys across the street don't charge anything for making a payment on any post-paid carrier. Not impressed. I had to fire Tmobile, as my cell phone provider. I found out, they sell phone insurance for devices that are not actually insurable. I know this because they sold it to me. I paid About a year's worth of insurance and then when I filed a claim they denied it because the phone they told me they would insure, was actually never insurable because of the exclusions that lists , they don't insure refurbished phones. When I bought the insurance I disclosed that the phone was refurbished and the salesperson said, yes we can insure it. Thats not ethical and it's not the way. If you have to babysit them to do their job right, they don't deserve your money. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to report them to my bank as fraud. I canceled my account with them, and they still took money out of my account as payment. I spoke to different customer service representatives and they admitted it was an error and shouldn't have had the money withdrawn. They assured me the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. I waited and nothing, so I called again and was told that I actually have to wait 30 days for a check in the mail. So I waited again...and nothing! I called back again and was then told I have to keep waiting. I called again and was told I'm not going to get the refund unless I activate my account again. So I requested a call back from the manager, and she never called. I called the next day and was hung up on by two different employees as I was on "hold." I had asked them to call me back if the call dropped, but of course they did not. I am very frustrated with this company. They have admitted multiple times that the refund will be issued but when I inquire about it they hang up on me or don't call back. I have the text messages from Tmobile attached. read more

At the door: Nancy, "Do you have an appointment? Me, "No. I tried on your website and it was down. Then I called 611 and they said the site was down and to just show up here at the Corporate Owned Store." Nancy, "If you don't have an appointment you need to go home and make and appointment on the website". Me, "Your website is down." Nancy, "You can call 611 and they can make an appointment for you." Me, "I just told you I did and they can't access the website." Nancy, "Without an appointment you can't come in. Wait until the site is up and then make an appointment". Me, "Since I am here and you are holding a tablet with the appointments, can you make me an appointment?" Nancy, "No, the website is down." Me, "My new phone is not connecting to your service. I am a new customer still in the cancellation period. I don't want to wait until after I can't cancel if this service does not work. After your website is back up and I make an appointment, how long is your back log with appointments?" Nancy, "I don't know how long it will be since no appointment has been made by you." Terrible service. My parents came to this location to buy a new cell phone and wanted help transferring photos and contacts from the old phone to the new phone. Nancy sold them the new phone and explained some technical details that they clearly didn't understand and then proceeded to completely reset the old phone. She did not clearly explain this to my parents and they did not know she would be deleting everything. I went to the location myself to try and get a better understanding, and Nancy simply told me that it was too late and there was nothing that could be done. Nancy was unapologetic and closed the door on my father and I without saying another word. I understand that nothing can be done but closing the door on an elderly man is T-Mobile's customer service standard apparently. I went back to ask for the managers name (Erick) and we now know to take our business elsewhere. Avoid this branch at all costs if you expect any form of customer service whatsoever. read more

If you're a T-mobile carrier; i would recommend this place for you. It does get pretty crowded right when the store opens. So if you plan to visit best time would be during the morning trust me! Awesome thing is that the sale associates are really friendly and they help you 100% guarantee; just wait for your turn. I went to add a line under my account with them. They also do the best trade ins; so if you plan to trade in your device they offer much more than best buy, wal mart, apple, and other companies! You can use the value for down payment for the new phone you plan to get or other accessories! If you plan on getting the iPhone 6 or 6 Plus; id definitely call ahead before heading to this store because they are low in stock. I just picked up the last iPhone 6 so its best to have in contact with them. They do ship if you prefer that option. Tmobile SUCKS!!! I've been paying on my late mothers account for over 6yrs. She authorized me to make changes on the account (which I have 3 other phones on) before she passed away from cancer. Now Tmobile requires a password all of a sudden! I was told by customer service to go into the store to fix this situation. The store rep had me call customer service from the store & I was told to either have my dead mother call or get her death certificate so the next of kin can make changes @!!@@ Yeah, it's time to change carriers. At first the experience was ok, even as the young woman who helped us was making mistakes left and right, and constantly asking the rest of the staff for help. We were there trying to take advantage of T Mobile's promotion to cover termination fees to switch over. The worst is that the woman told us that ATT and Tmobile would figure out the termination fees and that they would mail us a refund in the form of a gift card. We waited a month, so then I called customer service and they said keep waiting. I called today, two months in, and apparently I had to go to a website and file the paperwork myself. Why wasn't I told this at the store?!?! Really, you want to do this to people joining your network? Tip to management: train your staff better. I drove an hour to come to this store because they were the only store who carry the iPhone 6s in the 128 gb. They write your name on a list when you walk in. I waited a good 30 minutes on a Monday at 3:00. The girl who helped me was Lucy and she was fabulous. I switched from Verizon 3 months ago. My recent experience with this store was below my expectations of what good customer service should look like. I purchased a phone charger for my phone only 3 months ago, and it speed working so I took it back to exchange it. The manager said I would need to buy one for $40.00 and wait for the manufactures warranty to reimburse me. I had to complained loud enough for them to give me a replacement charger because they sold me a defective one. The mgr finally agreed but it was like pulling teeth, Customer service at this store could divinely be improved. I feel the manager should have simply said, "allow me to make this right for you sir". I never do reviews but I am honestly really upset. I went last month to get an added line to my account. If I'm not mistaken the guys name was Sal. Sal explained everything to me and my partner. When I mean everything I mean was all the different charges and how much they would be. We got our first bill this month and it was WAY more than what he said. We called customer service and they said it has to be that amount for the first month then it'll go to the amount that Sal told us so we paid it. Now we got the bill for still more than what Sal told us. We called customer service again and they told us that they changed our plan which I was aware of but again Sal said it wouldn't change how much I was paying before with my plan. I got the Netflix thing where T-Mobile paid a portion of it but no I'm paying more for Netflix than I was before. I get it's business and I'm all about people getting their money. But I'm definitely not about cheating people money in that way especially in the circumstances that we are in now. I will never return to this location read more

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime from t mobile. The phone was defective. They told me that i could not exchange it but i had to send it back via UPS. After two weeks i finally got a phone back, it was missing the back of the phone and it had no battery and had a sticker saying it was defective in the box. The best price for cell phone service there is. Not widely advertised but one can buy 1,000 minutes good for 1 year for $100, and rollover unused minutes every year. Been doing this for several years now. I pay just $100, no extra taxes or fees for the whole year and if I run out of minutes I can just buy another 1,000 minutes for another $100 for one year. read more

T-Mobile! What can I say? This store is the best T-Mobile store I have been to throughout California. I travel frequently and visit stores throughout my travels. The staff at this store are very friendly and extremely familiar with their product. On my last visit to T-Mobil I had the pleasure of meeting Alfonso and Yuri. Both greeted me as I entered and took my name down to place me in que. About 15 seconds later, I was at the counter talking to Yuri about my phone service needs. I needed a new micro-nano sim card and a new phone line. Yuri was able to complete both transactions for me and make sure that I was satisfied with the service and experience she provided. I was in and out the door in about 6 minutes. I was also informed of all the specials they had going on and reminded that they valued me as a loyal customer. What can I say? I love T-Mobil and this store in particular. I will never visit another T-Mobil store unless my travels demand. If your looking for cell phone service visit this store. Ask for Alfonso, however, if he is not there any other associate will be more than glad to help you out. This store rocks!!! read more
