He told me he couldn't fix it, even though the repair is the reason it doesn't work. And told me to take it to Apple. So I did, I Took it to best buy they said I need a whole new phone because the repair wasn't done properly. So I got a new screen but it's a little glitchy, charges slower, and no Face ID !

When I picked it up, he had repaired the front screen which was already fine and left the back screen, the actual problem, untouched. It became an even bigger headache from there. The repair somehow got tangled up with my phone insurance claim, and I've spent hours trying to sort it out. I would not recommend this shop. Confirm exactly what they're fixing, in writing, before you hand over your device.

I went to get my tablet which i was charged like 165$ and it was cash since she charges card a 3.7% fee . Once i got home i looked closely at it just to find out the screen wasnt on all the way, there was dirt n debris under the screen as well as a DOG HAIR and the camera lens was dirty and smudged. I took it back immediately and asked for the problem to be fixed or a refund. She was rude and tried to gasloght me to thinking this was normal, she called me "ocd girl" and was acting irrational. She reluctantly agreed to redo it since she wasnt goin to refund me or give me a replacment screen( side note the screen my ipad was replaced with was visibly cheaper than the orginal apple screen). I came back a day later and picked my ipad up, the problems i showed were gone but now the side of the screen looks off. Then she said she got the battery in, but she said the mother board was damaged and said that that particular iPhone is cheap and always "squirrely" in her experience. So I came out with a phone that would not take a charge or even turn on... If you have an iPhone that simply needs a new battery, save yourself a lot of grief and do NOT take it here. They are shady…read more I filed a claim to replace my screen, dropped the phone off, and when I picked it up I noticed damage to the back panel that wasn't there before. The shop told me to come back the next day and talk to the manager, which I did. He said they'd order the replacement part and fix the damage at no cost to me. A week went by with no call, so I followed up myself. I was told the part had arrived and the repair would only take a few minutes. Ten minutes later, the manager called and said I'd actually need to file a claim through my insurance -- but assured me it wouldn't cost anything and wouldn't count against my annual claim limit. When I called my insurance company, they told me the shop had already closed out the claim, and my only option now is a refurbished replacement phone. I'm still making monthly payments on my original, brand-new phone -- and will continue to for the life of the loan -- for a device that's about to be swapped out for a used, refurbished one with an unknown history. This is a clearly shady tactic. The shop damaged my phone, then maneuvered the claim process so they walked away with zero responsibility, and I'm the one stuck paying full price for a "new" phone I no longer have. To make matters worse, my insurance company was just as bad. Instead of acknowledging that this whole situation was caused by the shop's mistake, the rep basically told me I should consider myself lucky I'm not on the hook for the full deductible. Lucky? I'm losing a brand-new phone I'm still paying for and getting a used, refurbished one in return, through no fault of my own, and I'm supposed to feel grateful I'm not also paying extra for the privilege. I also want to note that the techs I dealt with were genuinely nice and professional. My real issue is with the manager, who handled this dishonestly and made me feel like the damage and the resulting hassle were somehow my fault -- like I was the inconvenience, instead of the customer dealing with the consequences of their mistake. Needless to say, I'll be shopping for a new insurance provider and crossing UBreakIFix off my list for good. He called back and said all my phone needed was screen replacement, so I left a deposit over the phone, they said it will take couple of days because they are getting the screen from their Scottsdale location. It been a week and the phone is still not fixed. I have to keep calling them everyday to see what's going on, even I requested to be updated everyday they still don't.. after a week I got a call and said the phone was ready to be picked up, drove to their location just to find out the phone won't start/reboot.. I had a terrible experience with this store manager( Josh). This store does not even deserve a one…read morestar. My OnePlus phone's volume was jammed and they suggested to replace the volume part. Unfortunately, I agreed and They ordered the part to fix it. They ended up breaking the volume part. Therefore, the manager--after breaking it-- told me that it needs another part. Be aware, they lack the experience to assemble any phone. In fact, my phone was not closed well and they damaged my phone camera. This is the worst experience I had and will definitely not come back to this repair shop again.
