I went in to get my ipad screen fixed, its was cracked but the screen still turned on and worked. I only got a text 4 days later telling me my ipad been ready to pick up for 3 days... i never received or any text before this. I went to get my tablet which i was charged like 165$ and it was cash since she charges card a 3.7% fee . Once i got home i looked closely at it just to find out the screen wasnt on all the way, there was dirt n debris under the screen as well as a DOG HAIR and the camera lens was dirty and smudged. I took it back immediately and asked for the problem to be fixed or a refund. She was rude and tried to gasloght me to thinking this was normal, she called me "ocd girl" and was acting irrational. She reluctantly agreed to redo it since she wasnt goin to refund me or give me a replacment screen( side note the screen my ipad was replaced with was visibly cheaper than the orginal apple screen). I came back a day later and picked my ipad up, the problems i showed were gone but now the side of the screen looks off. I took my iPhone in for a new battery. It was working fine -- it just needed charging more often than it had in the past, so I thought it needed a new battery... 1st she questioned the type of iPhone it was and cracked the screen when trying to force the battery in, although she said she would replace the screen free of charge. Then she said she got the battery in, but she said the mother board was damaged and said that that particular iPhone is cheap and always "squirrely" in her experience. So I came out with a phone that would not take a charge or even turn on... If you have an iPhone that simply needs a new battery, save yourself a lot of grief and do NOT take it here. I was seeking to find a range on IPad repair. I saw the company vehicle with company information posted on it. I thought it was good timing however when I ask for a range the owner said it depends. I thought of course it depends. But I ask regardless of model whats the range. "I WILL REPAIR" -no....the shop's name should be, I WON'T REPAIR and I WILL overcharge you. Fair Warning: BIG SCAM ALERT!  Be warned ... be cautious!!! .. iPhone repair store in Chandler, located on the the SE  corner on Ray road and Rural road. Unnecessarily scamming customers over batteries, adding on $25 charges, and not being able to repair the phones. When we came in the first day, Sousan and I and my brother were all at rhe store talking. We had a pleasant concersation aboit how she was rushing to find new vendors for her parts, and how she was having immense difficulties closing up a customer's iPhone 7 because an internal component wouldn't fit properly... - That should have been a red flag warning for me. We sat there and tested the phone battery; it was working perfectly. Sousan plugged it into a power adapter located by the front desk, ad we had agreed to do ONLY a screen repair.  (On a side note, I noticed she was using several Non-Apple cables to charge her customers devices. I know that third party cables can sometimes be Apple-certified, but I just wanted to point this out.) About 20 minutes after leaving her store, I received an email invoice that included an additional charge for a Battery Replacement $25. The day before, I spent over 2 hours at the store waiting for her to work on the phone, but she insisted that the SE was working .. she said it would only take an hour. Again, we agreed that only the screen needed to be replaced. She  even invited me to come  around her makeshift curtain counter display to observe her own personal workplace.  Needless to say I was taken aback.. Chicken nuggets and apples were scattered among her repair tools ... and dangerously close to a few iPhones being repaired, I saw an almost full cup of soda about to tip over ...  I wanted to say some thing to her about the Chicken nuggets being located so close to her iPhones that are soon to go repaired... but I was a first time customer waiting for her response. I did, however, cautiously warned her about the soda, that was an inch away and slanted over an iPhone. When I proceeded to ask her about the battery charge and why exactly she charged me she said that the battery was dead, completely negating the experience we had the day before.  After leaving the store, an email was sent to me regarding the invoice. Surprised, I saw that there was a battery charge for $25,even though we specifically agreed that only the screen would be replaced according to the Groupon price. The next day, at around 1:20pm I came into the store. I asked her what had happened with the repair, and also why she charged me for the battery replacement.  She went onto insisting that the battery was COMPLETELY dead ...  $25 is $25, but when you have a brand new iphone since February, and the store is claiming you need a new battery ....  When I finally received both of the iphones, took it back home, and started to charge it The iPhone SE touch screen was not responding at all... It was as if, she didn't test the iphone at all. It wasn't working. The iPhone 6s was working... with many constany glitches. Sousan did replace the screen, but the new screen display was placed about 1mm above the enclosure of the iphone casing. Basically the screen was popping out.  -Even worse, the shattered display was now replaced with a noticeably different display.  The viewing angles were terrible, and the pixel density was far from an Apple replacement-part. the quality of the parts she was using from her vendor source was nowhere near on-par.. I understand that these repair shops don't often use the most credible parts, as they are not AASP certified. However, there should be a level of quality when it comes to repairs or replacements. ..  Well, that's just bad business.   Update: 2 days later, both of the iPhones don't work ... when trying to call Sousan and her shop, she hangs up on us and threatens to contact the police . I simply responded by asking her, "we paid for the battery replacement and the screen and almost $200 later it's still not working..". Sousan insists that we pay an additional fee to repair the "motherboard"... So now, the new "battery" she replaced with on a 4 month old iphone is not working due to "hardware" issues ... -clearly there is something more going on here .. Sousan yelled at our family during our 3rd visit to the store, cursing us out with vulgar explitives.. she does not really know how to repair phones fully ... and she is not to be trusted on a verbal customer-to-business owner level... It truly saddens me to have experienced this. In 2018, where we should be expected to trust our local small businesses and tech companies. Instead they seek to prey on the weak and uninformed by charging for replacements that were not mentioned and required at all. The worst part is, both phones are still broken and we paid over $190. After trying other repair services (ubteakifix) (datadoctors) I found Sousan at I Will Repair. After I told her my story she evaluated the iPad. She was very Frank and said that she didn't know if it could be fixed but if I was willing, she would try. I have much personal and business related data on it do I really was hoping she could fix it. Well, it took a few day but thankfully she was able to isolate the issue and repair it. The issue was with the charging port being broken. And, as the battle was near dead, she also changed that for me. All for only $110. I paid almost that much for the other places telling me they couldn't fix it!!! I had my cell phone glass replaced here it cost 409.00. When I dropped the my phone off I paid 149.00 thinking the balance less then 100.00 left. She wrote on a sticky 100.00 labor and 130.00 glass. When my phone was ready she charged me 259.00. I thought maybe the difference would be applied to my laptop cover repair. When I went to the store to pick up my laptop she wanted 375.00 unbelievable. I explained I over paid for my phone. She tried to say debit card machine charge 3% which had nothing to do with her overcharging me. She insisted cash because of fees she wasn't paying. If I would have known total cost for my phone and laptop I would have never got them fix there. I had to show her my bank debit charges because she didn't see where I paid 149.00 when I dropped off my phone. There was no signs or list for fees which it should be and she should have got the ok to fix my laptop at the prices I paid. The work was good but money side shady. She had the nerve to act like we did something wrong when she was the one wrong. I had to withdraw cash to pay her which was very inconvenience. When I called her to tell her the error, she spent about an hour or more on the phone bad mouthing the other shop. She then "fixed" my lap top battery and damaged the screen. I had to pay for a new screen that did not work. (It worked at her shop but after an hour use started having issues.) She replaced it with another screen that ended up doing the same thing. My first conversation with the woman consisted of her telling me the technology behind the unit doesn't work, based on theory of pulsed electric magnetic frequency, which there is a ton of research behind if stating it does. I have owned the mat for about 12 years and I have noticed improvements in my sleep and health in general. Others who own it report the same, including benefits in disease remediation. She finally accepts to take a look at it so I drop it off. She gives it to someone else to look at, leading me to believe it's her. I decide to start a claim with the airline it was traveling on when it broke, and called her to stop the repair, which she said she would do. She said all good, we'll stop since he hasn't done anything on it yet, come pick it up tomorrow. The unit wasn't ready when she said since it wasn't even on the premises. Later she tells me he went ahead with the repair and fixed it. It did power on and seemed to work, however, when I got home I discovered it would not complete a cycle and power off. I called her to discuss and she said she would not look at it or warranty it and said it would cost her time in labor to do that. Well, there goes the $90 she charged me. This shop is a gem. The owner Sousan is amazing, I came to donate my laptop as 5 different places had told me it was impossible to repair it because of a flaw at Apple the year of that laptop. So when I pass by that store where I had never been before and I had my laptop in the car I figured I would donate it for parts not expecting any repair of it. I went on a trip and 2 weeks later when I returned Sousan called me letting me know that my laptop had been repaired and was ready for pick up. I was flabbergasted! She had mentioned when I left the laptop with her that if she could repair it she would and would that be okay with me. So I said "yes" but not expecting anything after every specialist from Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix and Scottsdale had said "no way". Then my son a week ago experienced the same exact problem with his Apple laptop from the same year as mine (2010) so I told him where to go and he doesn't have to pay 5 times the cost for a new laptop, she's fixing the old one as well. I took my son's gaming computer to have it repaired there. She said it would cost $149. Several trips there and back because she had questions and wanted my son to replace hardware parts on his computer and she could NOT fix it. My son was trying to save me money by taking the I-phone6 to Sousan Alexander at I Will Repair shop. She said not to buy the Groupon and that she will fix the phones and would honor the price. Later that night we received the invoice and she charged us full price plus both the battery for 2 phones. My son asked her why she charged him battery on Iphone SE because he just bought it brand new from Target and had only used it for about 5 months. Sousan said the battery was bad. My son feels that he got scam because she replaced the battery without letting him know. Sousan got mad because she said my son accused him of, "you call me a liar". She said , "you get out of my store and I'm keeping these". My son said, "I'm the costumer", hoping she would help him solved the problem. She said, "I don't care" and she was using the F words when she told my son to get out of her store. My son got upset and grabbed the phone from her. She said, "I'm going to call the police". I told her not to do that as long as she honored the Groupon rate like she said I would paid for them. We agreed to pay for the phone repairs, and after we got home we plugged them in to the wall using Apple Cables and Power Adapters and BOTH phones were not working. One phone glitches and the iphone SE keep rebooting non-stop every 10-15 seconds.. I called her and took them back to have them repaired again. She said both of the motherboards from each phone were damaged and wanted to charge $140 for each phone to fix them again. I told her "no", and she said she replaced the screen on IPhone SE and it should work now once we put in the SIM card. We got home ,put in the SIM card and the phone is sill dead. The next day the phone is still not working. When I called her to see if she can help me resolve the issue by putting another battery or help refund some of the money because now I have to take it somewhere else to have them fixed. She said, "No" and hung up on me. I feel she is being dishonest and does not live up to what she said, "I can fix them for you". She does not try to resolve customer's issues especially when the phone were not working and I'm out $190.78. I have been a Yelp customer since 2012 and had only written one positive review and this is the only bad reviewed I have written or encountered. So my conclusion is DO NOT go to her because she is not an an experienced tech and is very bad with customer. read more

I normally do all of my own computer and laptop repairs myself. I went in and talked to Sousan about what needed to be done. I had the parts but not the time to do the repairs. I found Sousan to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. After examining my laptop she also found that part of the issue was that my battery was going out. Sure enough I had overlooked this issue which was not hard to see when she pointed it out. I left the laptop with her and she had the work completed when she said she would. I'd give it 0 stars if it was an options. Took my Xbox Elite Controller in to get fixed. She (Sousan Alexander) tells me it will be $90 ($20 for parts and $70 for labor). That's fine bc it's still cheaper than a new one. When I go to pick it up she tells me it's $110. I don't argue I just pay because it's cheaper than a new one. Take it home and left analog stick doesn't work. Bring it back and they say they need to replace that part for some reason. another $20, this time she insist I give her it in cash which, I stupidly give her. Take it home again and the analog doesn't work, again. $130 later my controller still doesn't work and she's arguing with me over how it's not her problem. $20 more and I could've had a new Elite Controller. If you want to through your money away and get ripped off go here. She will gladly take on a job she can't do for what it would cost to replace the whole thing weeks later.
