She showed up on time. I was NOT told that the notary was bringing witnesses and she brought two older, destitute-looking gentlemen whose IDs she requested and she behaved as if she did not know them. Very strange. Apart from the fact that they both looked like guys she just picked up off the street, they had the smell of marijuana on them. I was never told witnesses would be coming with the notary and would not have met them at my home if so. The notary asked me questions about items in my home, which normally would not bother me, but under the circumstances, felt odd. With the documents containing my bank and personal information, and the notary leaving with them, I felt horribly uncomfortable and let the attorney's office know and am, for a rare instance, posting a negative review.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater…read morefailed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

These people came in during our emergency pipe burst situation and took advantage of us. They are part of Your Home Expert, a contractor business. YHE told us they would "fight for more payout" because the mitigation company chipped a tiny bit of tile in the hallway while they were tearing out the carpet. Red flag! They are the mitigation company! They know how to game the system so insurance pays out more, and who suffers? You, the policyholder, and your neighbors, whose premiums are just going to go up as a result of higher insurance payout. They claimed they found a mouse in the wall when drilling the holes to dry out the walls. I find this unlikely, because the holes are so small and spaced apart. The odds of drilling directly into a mouse? Small. This was confirmed when I spoke with an actual reputable company, who said that the likelihood is incredibly low. And, even if they did find a half-skeletal mouse, that is not grounds to elevate to Category 3--if anything, they would just cut out that area and clean that area. Speaking with a reputable company made it very clear the difference between a legit, respectable company and this Restoration "Experts" company. Bigger companies try to do as little as possible and be as minimally disruptive as possible. Restoration "Experts" tries to extract as much payout as possible from your stressful emergency situation. They manipulate you into thinking it's "YHE + you VS. Insurance Co" but it's not. If you just ask your insurance company for help, they will help you. ALSO, PSA, if you own your home (no mortgage), YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THE INSURANCE MONEY (policy depending). Don't let these people lie to you and tell you that you have to use X money for X, because it is NOT true (policy depending). That is straight from the insurance company itself. Double check your policy to confirm but that was the case for me with my insurance company. YHE will probably try to threaten you and say they'll report you to your insurance company and TDI, but news flash! They have no basis to do so and are just trying to scare you. Don't trust these people. Go with a more reputable company. Please.
