And if you are too lazy or forgetful to call them back for status, then you are as much to blame. They are busy too, you're not the only one... My husband and I have been using Cell Phone Rescue (yes that's what I call them) for years. They just saved me at least $650 dollars with my dinosaur Apple 5s. Service stopped and it said "searching". Went to AT&T, and with their limited options they advised I go to Apple (never been nor wanted to go to that money pit Zoo). *Scroll to bottom to skip the issue/sob story* Went to Apple anyway, not going into the number of issues and muck ups with my appointment but in the end the representative told me it was most likely a hardware problem and mentioned my antenna was most likely disconnected. She was not able to open the phone up to fix it but was able to go over the array of new phones with me and the eye boggling prices (no way thief). Her only recommendation besides a new phone were instructions to back it up at home and do a full factory reset. I went back home for the 4th time (-att and issues with appointment, remember). Their were so many more issues at home and not to mention my iTunes which I use to back up was acting up, uploading pictures from my computer (?), not able to do the latest update, and not locating my device which left me extremely irritated. Went to Cell Phone rescue and they not only reattached my antenna, but did some extra TLC on my phone to make sure it was up and running again! Love these guys! They work hard, they're honest, and they get stuff done! (Don't forget your phone there, they do get seriously swamped and may forget to call you back because they are Working On Your Phone!) When I walked into this location, it took awhile for someone to come to the front of the completely empty store and when I mentioned that I was the one who had just called and that I needed to get my screen fixed, I was told it would be $150+ and take an hour to fix. I asked what had changed in the last 5 minutes from when I called to when I walked in and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. While the job they did was fine enough and my phone is now fixed, I probably wouldnt return because of the run around to get customers in only to give them false information.

Can I start off by telling you how much I HATE laundry mats. However my dryer went out and hasn't…read morebeen replaced yet and well the laundry doesn't stop piling up, so to the dreaded laundry mat I go. However, this wasn't the typical laundry mat. I walked in and was greeted by Adrianna, who I guess from the look on my face knew it was my first time. She explained the different size machines, showed me how they work and suggested I download the app versus putting quarters in the machine (they do accept them and there is a change machine) - so I can get emails and build loyalty points. The app accepted Apple Pay however she did let me know that there were no refunds, so if I loaded $20 and only used $15, I would just have a $5 credit. I drag all my stuff in and get started but unlike other places, the machines provide the detergent (you have options, tide, gain or sensitive tide) as well as color safe bleach. For an extra charge you can request extra for those extra stinky loads. Also on the app you can tell how much time is left on your wash and dry and it gives you an alarm option for a one minute before it stops. Drying was just as easy as they provide the dryer sheets! Seriously folks how many times have you forgotten something and dreaded having to go to the machine and buy it. You don't have to worry about that here. Lots of spots to fold your laundry, they have lots of seating, have a TV and offer free coffee, clean bathrooms, a vending machine for snacks but the one thing that impressed me the most although I'll never utilize was the kids corner!!!! It had child appropriate shows as well as toys so they can play while work gets done. I also saw outlets so you can charge your phone while you are waiting. But wait . . . There's more!!! If you are like me and hate doing laundry, they have a drop off service where they will do it for you!!!! Washed, folded and bagged all for a small fee (check out my picture for current price of this post). Adrianna gets to know her customers and she doesn't allow loitering - which I appreciate because I tend to walk away from my stuff from time to time (yes, I know, stupid), so she's there keeping an eye out for folks. There's plenty of free parking on the backside, as well as an entrance, so you don't have to walk around. And the kicker, I washed 5 loads of laundry (don't judge me), dried them and folded them and was out of there in just over an hour!! So this is now my spot for laundry and I don't feel rushed to replace that dryer, but when I do, I'll still keep coming by for those loads during the summer (iykyk!)
