The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. After convincing the caller I did not have windows 7 as an operating system it turned out they had me confused with another customer. These things happen, so I accepted it as an honest mistake. Ultimately I sent a check for the agreed amount with a cover letter. The check was cashed so the issue has been resolved.
