Anna helped me with a quote for a screen replacement of a Galaxy S10. She was very informative and polite. As she explained, Samsungs require that not only the front screen be replaced but also the back as well (and they must order or have the right color for your phone to do the job). Unfortunately, it would cost me $345 to replace a cracked glass screen on a $700 device. That said, Anna said the labor cost of that would only be $75. I am not ready to pay so much since my phone is still fully functional but I would definitely consider coming here if I had Iphone repair needs since those seem much more affordable. Lesson learned, folks. Get warranties on Samsung devices. read more

Anna saved the day (and our trip) by locating and then picking up the screen/LCD assembly needed to fix my shattered Samsung S8 screen and then fixing my phone, as promised, in under 1.5 hours while we were eating lunch. They did a great job with replacing the shattered screen on my iPhone 6+ for $100. It took about an hour, which was perfect because I went to go get my nails done just down the road. It is an awesome little location. My new screen is perfect. There was a slight hiccup with one of my speakers not being hooked up right, cutting my phone call audio so I couldn't hear the person on the other line, unless they were on speaker. However, right when I called to rectify the situation, the female staff member already knew what it was and told me it was an easy fix. I took it back later that day and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. I am not docking a star for this because they handled the problem flawlessly. I brought my iPhone 7 Plus in for a battery replacement as the original battery was starting to have poor performance. The replacement battery was just as bad if not worse. They replaced the battery twice and I still had very poor battery life. Evidently they use cheap low capacity batteries. I ended up buying a high capacity battery myself on the Internet for half the price and did the replacement myself. Now my battery life is back up to par as when the phone was new. They put on a screen and my phone was unusable. I am very sad at the customer service. I have driven many times from slo to go there to get a screen fixed. The screen they put on did not work and the phone was not usable. I did get a small chip in the corner so they didn't warranty it. It's sad because they were my go to. They put it together for me, even used the parts I was trying to install, and also replaced the stuff that needed replaced. I got a new screen for my iPhone 6. It looks perfect and it didn't take long. He also looked like a clean cut good guy. So I wasn't worried about leaving my phone with him. He said about an hour wait. Looked like there were other phones ahead of mine. If I could have driven about 20min further I would have gone out of town for about $10-$35 less for the change.
