On Bald Hill in Warwick RI there is a Karen behind the counter! IDK her name but you can identify her by her surly face, long black hair and eyelashes. I've been there 3 times and each time she's been beyond rude. I needed help with my phone and she said to me "well, you can't just get a new phone!" I will never step foot in this store again. I wish I had more examples but her attitude is really bad. The worst!! read more
