I had bought a used exterior side mirror for my wife's car from an auto salvage yard, and the paint on the mirror housing did not match the color of her car. I tried several area auto parts chain stores, looking for a spray can of the correct factory color paint, but came up empty. Finally, someone referred me here. This store can make any color of paint, and put it into a spray can, which is perfect for a small project like my mirror. I came in maybe an hour before they closed on a Saturday, and they were busy, but the owner finished my custom spray paint can before they closed. My wife's car mirror looks great with the right color paint!

The store is clean and well organized, and I love looking at (and taking) some paint chip samples from the wall (Rock Garden is my favorite color!). There's something for every design sensibility, even historic colors modeled after actual shades from the 18th and 19th century. In a city like Newport where so many building need to blend seamlessly into historic districts, this is an invaluable feature to offer. Also, they take all of your old paint cans for recycling so it is a great place to drop this off as you can't put in your trash or recycling. Also, if you are unsure on how a color will look on your wall, the staff there will guide you into which hue to choose. There were some that I was told would be too much on 4 walls with little light but went a shade down and it was perfect.
