We we went there for the sole purpose of upgrading our iPhone 14 to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. We didn't want or ask for anything else. We were there for quite a long time for a phone upgrade but we really didn't notice at the time. A couple of weeks later I noticed that our bill was much higher than the previous month. That's when I learned that our sales rep had added a few things to our account that we did not want or ask for. First she added two cellular iPads. When I questioned her while were at the store she told us that they were free. They weren't free. That cost us an additional $800. T-Mobile would not let us return them because 14 days had passed. She also added 2 lines and insurance to the iPads and phones which I again did not ask for or want. our bill jumped from $130 to $337. We paid off the phones and ported our numbers to Mint Mobile. I can understand honest mistakes. However this was blatant dishonesty.
