This man and his crew are SO SWEET! Be careful when you're calling places that they're actual the local business they're trying to look like, this one is close by, Ask to speak with the owner, Andre. He went over the rooms, average sized vs the master, I explained there was a large living room but it's a VERY large living room, so when he arrived he explained that if we had him back in the future he'd have to add a little extra but since he gave me a price after I said it was a larger room the price wouldn't change today. It's a big house for my grandparents who are in their 90's and people always try to take advantage so they have me arrange any work to be done now. Makes me feel extra responsible for finding good people (sadly seems harder these days). My wife and I called up Metro carpet care after our previously-booked cleaner was a no-show. The person who picked up on that Friday morning said that Andre would come around 5pm that day. Andre came at 5pm and was extremely nice. He was quick, friendly, and very polite. We live in a condo so he brought a portable cleaner with organic cleaning chemicals. We talked through the order of rooms that we wanted to do and the cleaning also included our large sectional sofa, which was the lion's share of the cost since it is so labor-intensive. What impressed me most is that near the end of the cleaning, Andre was running out of liquid. Mind you this is 7pm on a Friday evening. He did the awesome thing and stopped cleaning and COMPLETELY refilled the steam cleaner with liquid. No half-assing here. He was done in 2.5 hours after a full vacuum, spray, and steam cleaning of 3 rooms and our couch. We've used metro carpet care 3 times, they are that good. Before we moved into an older 1923 home that had carpets we called metro carpet care and experienced their incredible service for the first time. Scheduling was easy, they are super friendly and so thorough! They put in furniture lifts on legs so that the carpet won't get damaged and they wore booties the entire time they were in the home. I've the course of time, we got 2 puppies who we had to potty train and of curse they had accidents so we called metro care again and they were even more impressive. They deep cleaned the carpets, walked us through after care and gave us tips to avoid dogs accidents again. Lastly, our office moved into a new place and the carpets are industrial and in need of deep cleaning and metro care outdid themselves once again!
