I scheduled Premium Carpet Care to come out and clean the carpet at the house that I just bought. The carpets were in bad shape. The appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm, but I was pleasantly surprised that I received a text from Anthony that he would be able to come earlier. When he arrived he assessed the work and explained how he would proceed to bring the carpets back to life. He spent almost 2 hours cleaning 5 rooms, hallway, and a flight of stairs. Moved to a new place and the last owners had done a number on the carpets. With three large dogs and 2 teenage boys there were stains everywhere!!!!! Anthony did a miraculous job washing the carpets. He first used heavy duty vacuum to suck out the dog hair. Then treated the carpets with special formula (safe for kids and pets), then steam cleaned the nasty carpets back to their nice clean condition. He accepts different modes of payment, including credit card. I scheduled an appointment for his services at 2pm and he arrived on time. He made an initial walkthrough and informed me the potential issues with the carpet; he mentioned that it might be impossible to remove the rust stain on the floor but offered to do something about it but I said it's fine. He initially assessed that it will take 2 hours to complete the cleaning. I was surprised that it already includes his setup of his equipment and he finished it 15 minutes early! These guys do awesome work at a reasonable price. We've lived here 5 years and the blinds had gotten soloed and stained especially on the doors near the door handles. Our blinds are white. Thin white fabric nicknamed up-downs because light filtering one way, obscuring the other. I didn't think they would come clean but Premium carpets proved me wrong.
