My initial consultation revealed that I needed a root canal. Never having had one, I was nervous, but Dr Chad Nelson put me at ease by explaining the procedure and what to expect. We caught the issue just in time, and I was able to have an entirely pain-free procedure. Thanks to Chad's excellent work, I have also been pain free after the procedure, although I expected to be taking a lot of aspirin, I haven't had to pop a single pill. The entire staff here is friendly and helpful. They make a trip to the dentist very pleasant! They were able to book appointments in a couple days over the phone, where I had called other dental practices in the past who told me it was a two-month wait to get in.

I've had the silver fillings since I was a kid and I was hesitant on getting work done especially with a new dentist. Upon my request, Dr. Bender took the time to explain everything that he recommended over email and the reasoning for his recommendations. It made sense so I went for my replacement appointment. As a child, I've had some aggressive dentists - but this time, I barely felt the needle for the numbing injection. The filling was seamless and I even got to watch Netflix during the appointment! The appointment was done in about 50 mins for one filling. It was very quick and it turns out I was nervous for no reason at all. :) Not to mention, the new white filling looks great. The office definitely lives up to the "Modern" name and I noticed they are currently working on renovating other parts of the office space. Everything was clean and well kept.
