I was so impressed with the kindness and caring people at this facility. My daughter who is four has never been to the dentist before and had told me she was scared. When we arrived I filled out a form asking questions about my daughters interests and our family (pets, siblings, names) her favorite things. Which is such an awesome idea to get to know a child and relate to them. When we went back the dental assistant Liz was AMAZING with her... Showed her every tool and how it worked and explained what she was going to do. She approached the situation of something that could be so scary for a child so well it turned into something fun for her. I wanted to go some where convenient and close to home which it is but I would drive 100 miles just for the experience and comfort they provided for my daughter. It seems as though it is hard to come by people who truly enjoy and care about what they are doing and I have no doubt in my mind that every employee there really does! Thank you again!!! I have been a patient since the opening of West Lakes Dentistry. Their service is excellent. Making an appointment is easy and I have not had trouble getting scheduled. The office will send you reminders if you like via email and text. This is great for busy lifestyles. The facility is top notch for technology and comfort (nice office decor, comfortable exam room chairs, cheery exam rooms with TV on ceiling. The staff is skilled and efficient, and friendly. They demonstrate they care about your dental health and as a customer. Billing and insurance transactions have been smooth for me. I would highly recommend this dental office! read more

For being a dentist office, this place is about as enjoyable as it gets! The staff is always friendly, the extended hours are great, and the hygienists/dentists are superb. I'm prone to cavities and I've been to a lot of dentists that give me the guilt trip every time they clean by teeth. Not at West Lakes Dentistry - they actually ask you questions about your habits and routine instead of just assuming. I've had a number of cavities filled here and the appointments have been very efficient. I don't love spending time at the dentist office so I'm happy that they get you in and out quickly while still addressing all of your concerns. read more

I was referred to West Lakes Dentistry by a family member and was extremely pleased with my experience. I had been going to a different dentist and didn't feel like I could trust the doctors; West Lake was very transparent in their assessment and I felt the genuinely wanted to hear my concerns and questions. Visited West Lakes Dentistry today for a filling. While I was a little anxious for the procedure and upset that I let myself get a cavity, my experience was awesome. The assistant and dentist put my fears at ease and explained each step of the procedure. They made absolutely sure that I was numb and comfortable throughout my time in the chair. I have been going to West Lakes Dentistry for 2 years and they are THE BEST!! They make sure I'm aware of what I need and could be doing better for the care of my teeth. I love that they give me an estimate of what I'll be paying so I don't have any surprises. My child loves the attention, they are so good with my son, by taking their time to make sure he is relaxed in the chair prior to working on him. Such a kind staff! I felt cared for, and was very comfortable even though I have anxiety with dental care. They performed a very thorough exam, and are very accommodating by offering appointment packages. I had my root canal yesterday and Dr. Philip explained the process to me, and took her time to make sure I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. I brought my son for check up and I did annual exam and some fillings in this office first time. I really enjoyed meeting all staff memebers. Everyone is very personable. The technology used for treatments is of the latest standards, comparing to many other dental offices. A lot of little things are done right to provide comfortable easy experience for the customer. Called after hours & talked to dentist on call right away. Sent picture of son's mouth & his broken tooth to her cell phone for her evaluation. Did new patient paperwork on line that night so between the evaluation from the picture & the submitted paperwork, they could begin work on my son's repair when office opened next day.
