WHAT KIND OF PERSON SAYS THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! When he wasn't selling me something, he was telling me how intelligent he was with all of his degrees and that he could talk at least 4 hours on any medical topic. He said no other doctor had EVER spent this much time with me before!! He is correct, because they have other PATIENTS to see !! He had none when I got there and none when I left. First, I confirmed my appointment verbally and via the automatic phone call. My issue: I came with my grandson only to be turned around stating only patients are allowed. I understand COVID 19 has changed things. That's information that should be given when confirming the appointment. I was told to were a mask but nothing else. No problem, please reschedule me for next week. Second, rescheduled appointment, I'm here alone, with mask on. Turned in my paperwork given at the last appointment. Ok, now I'm told your deductible is $xxxx and you have a $236 copay for today's visit! I'm going through the same pandemic everyone else is going through. I'm pissed! I suggested and asked why isn't this information disclosed the day before when the operator calls or when appointment is set. Smart mouth clerk says we don't that. We'll have to call over 90 patients daily to do that. (((Masking my anger and the remark I wanted to tell her))). Again, another day wasted! I will not reschedule for the 3rd time!
