So, I can insert extra cushion in there. I was hoping to try a pair of same brand and half size larger. My salesperson said "that would be too big for you." Ok, let me try a different pair but same brand. He said "we don't have it." That's so discouraging. Then, I started to browse around because I remembered seeing sweater and dress shirts on sale for $24.99. The salesman followed me to the sweater table. But he didn't seem helpful. Miguel made sure to greet us and although busy assured us every few minutes he'll be with us which is definitely in my opinion uncommon nowadays but refreshing since that's a spark of great CS. We waited for a good 20-30 minutes which was fine since we were acknowledged and gave us time to look around. When it was our time he was focused on making sure we got what we wanted, made some GREAT suggestions and measured. All with an awesome attitude and you can tell he walks the talk. He's got great style! We picked up the suit and tried it on and it was PERFECT! No alterations and Miguel picked up on great detail to help make my son's prom suit fit his style.
