I would discourage you from using this company for window replacement. They recently replaced a double pane window for us and the spacer color was so noticably different than our original spacer color it looked aweful. We respectfully asked them to offer a resolution and they refused. Horrible customer service! read more

I went to the one at the Rockwell location. Extremely good receptionist who acts like she likes her job. Everyone I came in contact with were very polite and happy to help. They replaced my front passenger window in an hour, and did a phenomenal job. I dropped my credit card in the parking lot on accident whenever I was leaving it was on a Friday. One of the employees picked it up and gave it to the receptionist and she called me on Monday. I totally recommend them! read more

Fantastic experience! Came to Metro Glass after SafeLite increased their estimate by $200+ with no explanation. Metro Glass beat SafeLite's original estimate by $100! There was no bait and switch like I experienced with SafeLite. They installed the glass quickly and were very courteous. Highly recommend!! read more

Very pleased with Metro Glass's service! Took my own car and my boyfriend's in to get rock chips fixed. They charge $40 for a small ish chip, even though his had spread a bit. It was very quick, his only took 15 min and mine about 30. The employees were very personable and also professional! Thank you for your work :) the chip looks SO much better! I would discourage anyone from doing business with Metro Glass after their poor workmanship, poor communication and poor customer service. A few years back they replaced 6 windows on my office building. 5 of those leak and are now growing mold. 5 months back, someone ran their car through one of my small windows on the same building. I called Metro Glass, hoping they would be competitive on the replacement window and maybe they could address the poorly installed, leaking windows on my concrete block building. Neither happened. 4 visits, 6+phone calls to them, 5 months later, I've got nothing but an overpriced estimate on the one window... and I felt like I had to beg and banter to get that. Metro Glass may treat their BIG General Contractor customer's good, but if you're the 'little guy' they treat you like it. read more

Had windshield replaced on my Cadillac Escalade. Lilly was great to speak to, she got me a quote, scheduled appt, and Metro Glass gave me the best price. Replacement service was as estimated. People say you get what you pay for, but this case, you get more than what you pay for, with the excellent service. Do yourself a favor and check here before going somewhere else! Had 3 broken windows from the storm on March 25, 2015. Contractor used Metro Glass to get my windows replaced. They wre supposed to be installed on May 14, 2015. I get a call On May 13th telling me that one of the windows broke on the truck and was due to be delivered the day of the appointment, but not sure if it would be in time. Proceeded with appoinment. When the installers got here, they got 1 window in and found that the bars inside the other one was installed incorrectly, so it was going to have to be reordered along with the second window. New appointment for May 22, 2015. Get a call the day before that the machine that installs the bars is down and they do not know when the part to repair the machine is going to be in. metro Glass gets another vendor to do the order. New appointment for May 29, 2015. At 8:45AM on May 29, 2015, I get acall that ANOTHER one of my windows has broken on the truck and a replacement for it is due to arive today, but they are not sure it will be in time for the appointment. Tammy from Metro Glass called the vendor to make sure the window is on the truck. She calls me back an hour later to confirm that it is and tells me they will do their best to get it installed today. If I had chosen them myself, they would be doing this FOR FREE at this point! THIS SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN 1 TRIP. read more
