AAA has a great app, and tells you when the tow truck will arrive. She has received multiple updates that the AAA truck will be there that AAA will be there 5 minutes ago, 10 minutes ago... and this has been going on for 2 hours. ITs not raining. Its not snowing. its just a day. AAA has no idea when someone will be there. Has no idea where they are. They can say that he will be there hours ago. Which doesn't help. I get busy. I get delays. I get the unexpected. What I don't get is "Your driver will be there in 10 minutes"... and 2 hours later, and many "will will be there in a few minutes" later... this is EPIC suck. I called a tow truck company that was near her broken down car. They arrived in 10 minutes. I paid out of pocket because AAA never showed up.

Turns out that the agent is now no longer active with them and changed her number, go figure. I'm thinking this is very wide spread and will be talking to an attorney about filing not just a lawsuit, but possibly a case action lawsuit. Companies can not allow any underwriters to sell anything under false pretenses. That is why I believe they have so many complaints at the moment. Consumers such as myself were lied to because this company allowed agents to sell policies that they are not honoring because they were sold under false pretenses.
