From the beginning they responded quickly. Alena is who I worked with directly in terms of the design of our cabinetry .. she came to our home and was very friendly. She measured and double checked her measurements, suggested ideas and worked with me on what I was looking for- we went back and forth via email for a few different design options and was always quick to respond when I had a question or concern (which was often because I'm a worry wart) Has something ever seemed too good to be true so you are just waiting for the "bad news" to hit? That's how I felt- everything was going too smoothly- too easily and too right to be reality. I have delt with other companies and that's always my experience- if the start is great the product is terrible or the install- always a little something- but not here! I can honestly say I'm shocked. They were fairly priced- quick & easy to work with the entire process. Down to the installation- I am thrilled with the resulting product, quality & professionalism from start to finish. I have been and will continue to recommend this company- I am also now on a search for more projects because they left my home more functional and more beautiful than it was and I want them to somehow touch every room in my house! Seriously, I can't thank them enough & once the room is finished I will gladly post the picture- I just don't want the surrounding to distract from the beauty of their work :)

Shu helped us select the perfect quartz for our kitchen and bathroom. Because I needed to see a larger piece to truly understand how it would look, she called me within one day and arranged for the workers in the yard to cut a large sample from the slab. That extra effort made the decision so much easier. Emre was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He gave us an excellent price and took the time to explain how to care for the quartz and how the warranty works. The person who came to measure was also terrific. He suggested several changes that made a great deal of sense and improved the final result. The installers were fabulous. We were keeping our existing backsplash, so I was concerned that it might be damaged when they removed the old granite countertop. They completed the removal with only one tiny sliver coming off the backsplash--and they repaired it so perfectly that you cannot even tell anything happened. I chose KO flooring after seeing samples of their work, responsiveness to my inquiry (Nick answered my message immediately and made himself available to come to my home asap), family run business, and their willingness to accommodate my needs as a pregnant mother with a toddler. Nick and his father are both lovely people and practice what they preach when it comes to the "old school" mentality of delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. There was one thing I was unhappy with upon delivery of service and he sent a worker back to fix it. This act speaks volumes, not only to his character, but his dedication to ensuring a happy client for years to come. Being a part time designer I've had dealings with plenty of craftsman and can assure you this was an excellent experience. If I had to do it again, I'd hire KO Flooring.

I contracted with Nick at KO floors to install Red Oak hardwood but he installed White Oak instead…read more He did this without my consent. Red Oak was clearly in my contract and Nick knew the rest of the house was Red Oak. Now it does not match the rest of my Red Oak floors. When I asked him what happened he lied and told me it was a mistake by his distributor however I was informed by one of his employees that Nick used the White Oak wood cause he had it in stock and saved money. Not a nice thing to do to your customer who spent close to 20k with his company. So I would not recommend KO Flooring or Nick to anyone.
