They have a large selection of high quality carpet and flooring. Jim measured and a week later, the carpets were installed by Jimmy and Diego. they were extremely professional and neat. They did phenomenal work laying the padding and stretching the carpet to absolute perfection. I asked Jimmy if he could put padding in the closets. Yeah, it's an odd request but he did it which we appreciate. We got the denser 8 lb padding (Spillguard Carpet Cushion by Carpenter) because - from the website: "the 7/16" thick, 8 lb density pads offer a great balance of comfort, carpet longevity, and spill protection." Feels like walking on comfy plushness. Got the color "Chill In The Air". It's a cool combination of tones, like a greige or grey beige. It kind of looks like sand. For reference- the paint color on the wall is Sherwin Williams Embellished Blue which is more of a cool minty green blue tone. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Pat's Carpet- they always do great work whether it's carpeting or flooring. They have a great selection and everyone is professional and awesome to work with.

This group of guys laid absolutely beautiful 'top quality' hardwood floors. They did an amazing job - we chose a two tone very good quality hickory floors. 7 years later they look brand new. I was in their shopping center today, and remembered I been meaning to do a review. So 6/7 years later... I just now took a few pics. I flipped area rug to show floor well. Honestly this high traffic area has alway been exposed. I only recently am trying out large area rug (pets love it and high traffic area). Thing is - floors are holding up BETTER THAN ME. GROUP of guys started and in like 2 days, 20 year old carpet up and out, and gorgeous floors installed. 2/3 days - I was like in shock. They were so accommodating with helping me coordinate with my dogs and all details that come with this huge job, such as furniture and dogs... Love floors - they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Rich, the owner, came out personally to do the measurements and took the time to answer all of our questions. When it came to installation, Dylan and Louis were fantastic. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure to answer any additional questions I had along the way. I had a install for my daughters room scheduled between 9-12. I had work at 3 that day. When 12:30 rolled around and no one showed up or called, i gave them a call. They told me the guy was running late and would be there shortly, 1:30 rolled around. Not even a call or anything mind you. 2:30 rolled around. I called again and said this was ridiculous and now they were 2.5 hours late. (Meanwhile I've been waiting since 9am). They said he would be there shortly. I had to call out of work! He finally showed up around 3:30. 3.5 hours late. And not even an apology. The carpet is not even attached all the way in the corner of the closet. It's not even worth trying to have them come back. My mom used them too for her stairs in her house. They said install would be between 1-4. 4:30-no call. I called, they said running late. Same story. Hours go by and not one person follows up to tell me what's going on. They showed up at 6pm. 2.5 hours late again. I would never use this company again because of how unprofessional they are when workers are running late. I lost a day of work and was not compensated by carpet your world in any way. I couldn't even get a phone call letting me know they were running late. Do not use this company unless you have an entire day to wait around for them.

A very nice experienced professional measured the house for carpeting, coming at time of appointment. The installers did a good job with installation. My only complaint would be that the four bedroom doors wouldn't close afterwards and I had to have them trimmed down. I understand that is quite routine, but I didn't find that out from the carpet company themselves, but from someone visiting the house.

Unfortunately i was stuck at work when they came and installed and to my dismay i came home to my island top installed incorrectly (overhang wrong) and this repaired granite that was definitely not the slab i picked in the yard. The owner thought i was exaggerating so he cAme to my house himself, looked at one small L shaped section and sAid "i don't even know why they cut and installed this". I showed him all of the other bad spots and he said "well theres no way i'm replacing all of this" and that was the end of it. 67 sq ft of granite came in at $5000 that i worked really hard for and i'm left with a lackluster result that stares at me every time i'm in my kitchen. They had my money because i know an ex-employee of theirs and he recommended them. No pride in their work
