I did some research, found and met with Jackie, and immediately felt comfortable with her. We've never left our pups alone overnight and I had quite a bit of trepidation doing so on this trip--Jackie immediately put our minds at ease, right from the first night away. We received daily reports on how the pups were doing; photos, e-cards, videos and text messages. We could not have asked for a more professional, caring or thorough person to look after our dogs. I'm fairly certain the pups are still looking for Jackie at her scheduled arrival times (even though we've been home for a little more than a day now). If you need a sitter, I can't recommend Jackie highly enough!

Within a few days, the skin sloughed off to become a large "hotspot" type wound. Frostbite? Salt? ‍ No one noticed the bright red sore hanging between my dogs legs. And their demeanor was definitely NOT one of concern. Didn't even care. Adding insult to injury..... no one even apologized. Like it's an everyday thing for both your dogs to come home physically injured. Those dogs were left in their care. I may as well have left them in the back yard and tossed 4 days worth of food over the fence. Very dissatisfied And let's not forget the owner was supposed to get back with me. She did not. I had to ring her 2 days after the day I was told she would call.

They are well schooled in dog behavior and take great care of the dogs in their care. When my dog displayed not cool behavior with other dogs, (humping), they worked with her with their trainer , for an affordable price, to make sure she could continue to be a pack member. I highly recommend. They love all dogs and want dogs in their care to have a positive experience. Lucy gets a lot of exercise and loves day camp days.

When I picked him up, they said he passed the eval But could not keep him. There is a four foot enclosure around the dig area. Mickie would jump it and be with the staff. I really appreciated their honesty . Other day cares have flunked him rather that just say they could not contain him. The staff recommended that Mickie go to the camp bow bow with larger dogs. Helpful owned up to their limitations rather than blame the dog.

But that was as much training I did plus trying to follow what he emailed me to do week by week. My lazy self didn't go all the way through but I made some progress with my dog. He told me how they offered a free interview day for daycare. I was saving up that free day for the right time. I finally ended up using it! They offer a love webcams you can connect to through their website or even app. I went on both, while online was more accurate with speed, it had its moments where it was really lagging. The app buffers a lot. Also finding which webcam my dog was on was a process. Had to go down the list haha. My fault for not asking or not listening if I was told. Super friendly and amazing staff. They try to keep the area as clean as possible. Trying to clean oopsies right away. They're very informative. Told me everything I need to know. They offer so many things, I mean see it for yourself. My dog seemed to enjoy the daycare very much and during the interview, they slowly introduce to other dogs one by one at their pace. I also love all the puns and the grading folder. Such cuteness this place. I would say prices are pretty good also and they offer packages. I never tried the grooming here but I am about to try boarding for one night! Hope all goes well.

I can always see her in her room or in one of her three hour long play sessions. At first, she only went to one or two sessions a day, so she could adjust and know the routine - which is good dog handling on their part. The staff is welcoming and positive. We watched on camera, our golden trying to get someone's attention to let her out until she could no longer wait. We later found out after calling the site and leaving messages, that no one is there at night. Alarms are set for the night which does nothing to meet any needs of the dogs. Staff is very caring when they are there but after they go home things are on autopilot. $$$ for 12/24 care. How can owners get away with this? Probably like us, people don't realize this.

This step was easy and got a booking that same week but it was all downhill from here...I was informed that I needed to update my dogs rabies and bordatella vaccines (which didn't expire until October, the booking was for August) before I could bring her in for grooming. I'm new to this area and haven't taken my dog to a vet here yet but I found one and booked a vaccine appointment for October just to get the vaccines as informed by the employee in the phone from best friends hotel. After the vet appointment, I called the groomers back to rebook the groom appointment and I was informed that I had to get the rabies and distemper shot, not bordatella even though the first time I called they SPECIFICALLY said bordatell. So I called my vet right away and thankfully they were able to accommodate me and give me dog the distemper vaccine. I then called the groomers back and booked an appointment. Before my dog went to the grooming appointment, she smelled like dog and was shedding heavily. After the grooming, she STILL smelled like dog and was shedding like crazy. It's like they didn't even wash or groom her at all. They barely clipped her nails but didn't file them nor did they trim her paw pads like I specifically requested. On top of everything, they tried to charge us $100 for the service even after I told them about the Groupon. This place is absolutely awful in terms of customer and dog services. Literally take your dog ANYWHERE ELSE!!
