Located in a busy shopping plaza and street in Kennesaw, this store is massive and filled with all of the libations and mix-ins that you can dream of. Total Wine is a brand that I like and always have high expectations of regarding their selection. If you want to find a new bev to love, looking for a gift for an event host or even a cigar to relax with - they've got it covered. It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. I went in knowing exactly what I was purchasing, found it and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes, (including me lollygagging for a few). Don't forget to sign up for their rewards!

So, I was sure that Total Wine would have it. But for some reason that item had been discontinued. I explained the reason why I wanted to buy that particular Vodka to my neighbor. I'm from Finland, and wanted to surprise him. So this extreamly knowledgeable sales lady googled the Finlandia Vodka, and found out that there is another Finnish product available. That's TOM of Finland, organic Vodka, less sugar and made out of pure ingredients. Amazing, I didn't even know that it existed. I had not seen it in the liquor stores in Finland. Needless to say, again Total Wine exceeded my expectations. Over and over, it's the best liquor store in Metro Atlanta area. I love the Kennesaw location. Thank you for great customer service.

While they carry attractive/popular older vintage California cabs that sell for between $50-$150/bottle, they are not properly cared for & more than likely corked/spoiled...8-10+year old $150 bottles of wine rapidly deteriorate if not stored in proper temperature controlled environments. These bottles should NOT be standing vertical, rather they should be laid horizontal... After speaking with the manager, he advised that they DO NOT stand behind their products & all sales of their over priced vinegar are final. This is unlike the previous owner... FYI, most reputable wine stores that want to build clientele & stay in business don't sell vinegar & stand behind their product. (Of course no business would accept an empty bottle as proof that it was of poor quality...however a 9/10 bottle of vinegar would suffice) If you're looking for wine, that's NOT OVERPRICED & properly cared for, Total Wine is worth the extra travel time! Prices are comparable to other stores but not always lower. It is smaller compared to the big chains. Service is on par with other stores - staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is bright and open and laid out well. I walked in today and walked out with a 12 year bottle of Weller. I challenge you to find it in any other store without being a part of their club, or requiring you to purchase other bottles of lower tier bourbon first. Other than "1 per customer" anyone could buy it. Thank you for your service to the common man. Can't wait to see what I find next time.

I have let her attitude go on multiple occasions, but today was my last straw when I repeatedly just tried to greet her and the dark skinned young lady who she was training at the counter today and they both stared me in my eyes and continued on with their conversation as if I wasn't there. At first I had just assumed I might have been too soft spoken ( even though we are arms length away) and asked " how're you doing guys today?" and again they both looked at me and went back to their conversation. I tried a third time because I was just standing there ready to pay the light skinned lady finally replied in a very nasty tone " We're fine..." as if I had interrupted their conversation while they were servicing people. She really does need to go if she doesn't want to have or bring any sense of hospitality to this store, which honestly is the bare minimum. Was on my way to a friend's house and she asked me to bring a bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey. Never heard of it, but the friendly attendant, James, helped me to locate that. He answered my questions about some other items that I was interested in and showed me around the store. Like I mentioned earlier, the store was large but kind or dark and gloomy. Maybe because it's located in a very old building. I was interested in what kind of nonalcoholic beverages they sell but was a bit disappointed. Their beer collection is great, but there was only one brand of nonalcoholic wines to choose from, and it was more expensive than at my usual store. Overall, if I'm in the neighborhood and need a gift, I will go back.
