I am six feet tall and my feet hang off the edge of the bed. I sleep corner to corner. now the bed slides off the frame. wake up sitting in the floor. the lift that raises the head died the day the warranty did. I called several times with warranty complaints and problems galore. all I got is we're sorry and can't tell you what to do. that was the last mattress I will buy from this company. they sell shoddy products and need to go out of business.

He also led us to the 5K mattress first and said that delivery might be weeks for their mattresses, while the Original Mattress Factory shipped less than a week after our purchase.

Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also closed the file because there are no responses from Sleep Galleria. "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. He actually listened to what we were saying, even though at some points, we had no clue how to explain what we felt. Kevin took the time to show us everything, explain the science behind it, and even gave us some space to talk and keep trying out the same beds over and over. We ended up coming back the next day, and Kevin was mic enough to give us a discount and everything! I've heard horror stories about mattress shopping, especially that it's such an intimate setting. But with Kevin, instead of feeling uncomfortable, we felt like we left with a friend. I would recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone I know, because they will take care of you and have the patience to let you test every bed in the store (for 2 days).
