They were the most customer-service oriented that I have ever run into, and that's not an exaggeration! I highly recommend this company! I bought a mattress for my guest room from them 8 years ago. Unfortunately I bought a Sleep Number for my master bedroom at the same time, but it has completely disappointed me with sagging.
