The delivery and installation men called and delivered on time and were extremely cautious and professional. They were the most customer-service oriented that I have ever run into, and that's not an exaggeration! I highly recommend this company! I bought a mattress for my guest room from them 8 years ago. Unfortunately I bought a Sleep Number for my master bedroom at the same time, but it has completely disappointed me with sagging. I'm trusting my new, very supportive and comfortable Beauty Rest Black hybrid, will fare much better.
