The owner thinks he is beyond customer service. He pushes the most expensive mattress but then he doesn't stand by what he sales. The mattress has a defect and since somehow the law tag was removed by his delivery people, he stated he couldn't help me (he accused me of removing it) When I try to educate him about customer service he got really offended and directed me to the manufacturer. I did contact the manufacturer and they graciously are replacing my mattress as they stated that I mattress delivered without a law tag is not uncommon, rare, but not uncommon. Which is what I tried to tell him. The manufacturer stated that he sold me the product he should have taken cared of me. But, he didn't. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. He is very sleek and very nasty if things don't go his way. He thought he was going to harm me by not helping me. But, it turns out that I was reasonably correct after all, I just wanted a replacement to replace the defective mattress that was delivered and the law tag may have been removed by his delivery team. I am sure he will sell a lot of mattress and fool a bunch other people, but, Karma is real!!!!! But, if you buy beware that he will not honor any product without the law tag which the manufacturer informed me that by law a consumer can remove it anyway, which I did not know

I am six feet tall and my feet hang off the edge of the bed. I sleep corner to corner. now the bed slides off the frame. wake up sitting in the floor. the lift that raises the head died the day the warranty did. I called several times with warranty complaints and problems galore. all I got is we're sorry and can't tell you what to do. that was the last mattress I will buy from this company. they sell shoddy products and need to go out of business.

We love our orthopedic extra firm mattress. Side note: the chain Mattress Firm, on the other hand, cost much more and the salesperson said that double sided mattresses aren't made anymore....bs. He also led us to the 5K mattress first and said that delivery might be weeks for their mattresses, while the Original Mattress Factory shipped less than a week after our purchase.

John Curry at the Johns Creek location sold us the mattress and he seemed helpful at first, but kept saying gift card is handled by corporate and continued to ask us to email support@sleepgalleria.com, but with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They also closed the file because there are no responses from Sleep Galleria. "Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond."

Can you believe they told me not to expect the mattress I received to feel like the model in the store? I was ripped off to the tune of $2,900 by promises made by the salesman. I was told repeatedly I could exchange if I was unhappy, that he would get a manufacturer's replacement or I could choose any other brand. I even offered to pay more for another mattress. They tell you there's an exchange policy but now they won't call me back.
