Ok, you have to wait a little while.... but in my experience you have to wait at ANY doctors office. The girls at the front were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. They were prompt, informative, and professional while giving off a friendly vibe. The office is clean and staffed with healthcare professionals. There are fee's if you pay out of pocket without insurance. In California most services at PP are free if you meet the requirements- but that's ok. I don't mind supporting the cause. Once I arrived to the office the wait time each time was was under 10 min and it was probably even less, there was almost no wait time at all. Dr Azizi is very thorough and kind and has a great bedside manner, he does not make you feel rushed and explained everything in detail with a kindness that makes you feel very comfortable. Before I could even make an appointment, the owner spoke with me via telephone answering any questions I might have. A medical history questionnaire was sent to me and was reviewed by the owner, PA Sean Hensler. I actually kept a copy as it was the most extensive, thorough form I ever filled out from any medical professional. When I showed up to the clinic, Sean spent even more time with me, explaining the benefits of this therapy and again, answering any questions I might have had. The package I purchased consisted of 4 appointments that would boost my immune system, detoxify my liver and purify my blood with a perk of anti-aging benefits. A Vitamin C IV drip afterwards was a great enhancement of the benefits from the IV protocol. TWO Instances: ONE - While wife was getting an IV and suddenly felt ill and faint, when I texted the Medical Supervisor in the next office, he texted back that he was too busy doing his Strategic Tax Planning and could not attend to an urgent medical issue. TWO - wife was getting a 2nd. Infrared Bed treatment, where the 1st session was set to the lowest level to avoid triggering an adverse reaction due to her sensitive system, during the 2nd. session while the Medical Supervisor was in the next office on the phone, his new assistant set the IR Bed to the HIGHEST Setting and caused a highly adverse reaction. LOTS of great equipment and promises of healing, BUT no effective medical supervision, proper caring and supervision to ensure good outcomes.
