Yes I have daily challenges and often the PT is arduous and sometimes painful. Yet, I know in the long run it will benefit me tremendously. While my orthopedic surgeon has painted a bleak outlook for my full recovery, the staff here has not. They challenge me physically and look after my well-being. The majority of my PT was for post-concussion by Dr. Kim G, who was amazing, attentive, caring, & extremely knowledgeable. She worked closely with my concussion specialist at St. Charles Hospital. So I received the best care. All staff that work at the facility is really good as far as your treatment plan. From check in to assistants. On the downside, when they schedule you for the 1st morning appointment, you'd have to wait for the receptionist Michelle, to get herself logged in, settled, relaxed, & approachable. So this always caused a late start. I used to warn newcomers to just wait until she gave eye contact, because Michelle would rip people a new one if they dare speak to her until she was ready. And that was no matter what time of day it was. But I think Michelle is gone. In the end, I am unable to resume treatment there because I was told that you can only receive treatment with St. Charles Rehabilitation following hospitalization or surgery. But all in all I highly recommend this location.

The owner must be very difficult to work for as there are always new people working there and if you ask, " where's so and so ", it's always ' Oh, they're not here anymore '. It's a mill where the care is generally subpar, and you never get consistent care, always being treated by someone new. The care is generic at best. There is definitely something wrong with the owner, who appears to have delusions of grandeur. He constantly talks about himself as if he's God's gift to PT, but he really has very little hands-on talents, it's a modality-based practice with little or no hands-on treatment. I can do heat and stim, and ice myself at home. Once again, I strongly advise staying away from this weirdo and his subpar practice.
