I have taken 53 classes so far. and I am seeing the transformation in my body and in my strength. I never would have thought it possible. Not only have I changed physically, but it has helped tremendously with my balance and coordination. There are master instructors like Banu, who are encouraging and will watch you very carefully, to make sure that you are being safe and engaging in the exercise properly. She has been a great strength in my Pilates journey. I have learned so much from her, and you will find me in her classes. I am also very happy with the variety of classes that are offered. I frequently use Bayport, Lake Grove, and Miller Place studios to meet my needs and feel the same enthusiasm for all three locations.

If I tried regular yoga, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to get up off the floor so chair yoga is my go to choice.
