Classes are waitlisted almost every day and challenging to be confirmed. Very hard to plan your week or know when you may get it if you do. This was a total subscription ploy. At the end of your 90 days, you are not spoken to, consulted or given an option if you wish to continue or change your package. I was automatically charged and contacted them the same day but was told I could not be refunded nor change the package to the less classes. Instead of allowing me to lower my package to the 4 classes a month they would rather lose a customer and keep your money. There are many other places in the area you can go to instead, like Pats Pilates, Bellport or Studio on Main. Go anywhere but here!

How fortunate we are in discovering Tracy, at Simply Pilates in downtown Smithtown. She and her assistants do an excellent job. We have been using this studio for over four months now, receiving semi-private training sessions. My wife and I are retired seniors with different abilities. (My wife's yoga practices give her better balance and form.) Tracy watches us very carefully and tailors the workouts to demand the best of us. I highly recommend her and her studio.
