Do people actually work there? It's impossible to contact a single person. I have called at all hours of the day.

This team is the best in the business. Quick response to any problems, and very professional when dealing with customers.

I found an affordable place in an exceptionally convenient location because of Allred. In August,…read moreBrandie did an amazing job answering questions and guiding me through the rental application and lease. She was very responsive, timely, and met her promises. Her communication with other members of the team seemed easy. Upon moving into the property, I contacted Sarah to notify of some minor damages, which were mostly cosmetic. I did not require they be repaired but only that they documented. Sarah was very apologetic, regardless. She then contacted her maintenance person whom provided spectacular repair. I've utilized the property for over four months. Love the business neighbors, have little issues with the property, and immensely happy there. Only once have I contacted the maintenance manager, (now or also) Amy, but canceled the request after it was a hiccup. Amy responded to please contact if it resurfaces and thanked me for letting her know. This review is very late and continues to be even more deserved. I am very gracious to have my office, a writing studio, to help me comfortably complete a side project near my full-time job's location. Within it alone I have completed wonders. It has been a wonderful experience that I will remember along with that which is responsible.

New The worst business i have dealt with in my 35yrs as a…read morebusiness man. The managers don't even care enough to return a email to address a major concern of a paying customer. The staff is rude and treat everyone like they are trashy teenage renters. I have never been late or missed a payment in 25yrs of renting. They don't care about mold or mildew They don't care about illness causing bacteria They don't care if you have a ceiling or walls in your home. They don't care if you have flooring in your home. They don't care if broken things they neglect cause injury or death. They don't care about city codes. They don't care about YOU at all! They sit back and hide behind the fact that Arkansas is a rental owner friendly state on leases. And just let you suffer knowing there isn't much you can do about it. It's sad that humans like Brandee and her team are allowed to treat customers like this and get away with it. They are just pathetic hiding behind Arkansas leasing laws. Ridiculous they don't care enough about humans; their medical needs or just the well being of people of the human race. So i suggest not getting involved with them at all if you can. If you are involved - im truly sorry. It really isn't supposed to be this way. Get out before someone is serious hurt or dead. If you need me. Ill be sitting sick in my allred property with no flooring, ceiling, walls. But hey the rent is paid!!!

My apartment had no damage, was clean and everything but a few blinds was in rentable condition. I received notice they are sending me to collections for $4000 dollars, rent for June and paint/new carpet. Its actually against the law to charge for regular turnover needs. I will be fighting this its all made up shit, my apartment was in clean, no damage and was gone before June. I was a good tenant for years so I didn't expect this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER THEY WILL GET YOU.

I lived in the in the Fairways which is owned by Lindsey management and I wanted to share my…read moreexperience with the company. From the start, the apartment I rented from them had severe issues: Black mold covered large portions of our unit, causing me to experience asthma-like wheezing, coughing, light headedness, and rashes. I made the complex aware of my health issues, but it was met with hostility and band aid fixes to the problem. Roaches were present, one night I woke up to a roach as long as my finger crawling behind my head, and more appeared over time. Heating problems were constant. The heater broke five times last winter, and during one ice storm, our apartment was around 40°F. Maintenance admitted the wiring was a mess and was surprised it even worked at all. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming when we moved in and took months to air out. Even after moving our things out I could still smell it on our stuff. When we moved in, there was an old pink fishing pole, Christmas lights, and old dirty underwear behind the washer and dryer. The apartment was disgusting. Cabinets were peeling, dirty, and had large stains. We started reporting mold and roaches in May 2025. Despite informing management, and explaining the serious health issues I was experiencing, rashes, wheezing, and painful coughing, we were only given temporary fixes, and the mold kept returning. The maintenance team acknowledged, "It was really bad." We made them aware that because of the mold we were afraid for our health and reentering the apartment. We asked to be released from our lease or even offered another apartment to be moved in to. They told us that this is why we needed home insurance, we had rental insurance and when we called them they told us they do not cover that, and that it was the complex's responsibility to fix the issue. The complex seemed to show no concern that we were unable to live there safely and that we could have been displaced for months without a place to safely live all while still having to pay them months of rent. They showed no compassion for the effect it was having on us or our health. I also requested details of what was done, who worked on it, and if the mold had been tested. Management refused, saying they were not required to provide that information. Ultimately, we chose not to take legal action and stayed with my husband's parents for the remainder of our lease and did not go back in unless we had to get something out to not expose ourselves to the mold. Even when I returned to move our belongings, I started wheezing and coughing immediately leading me to believe the mold is still there. It is concerning to me that someone moved in right after us and are now living in those unsafe conditions. I have had to wash everything in vinegar to try to remove the contamination from my things. This has been a very stressful and difficult time for my husband and I. We were paying for an apartment for nearly five months that we could not safely enter or live in. I feel because of their negligence, we were forced in a position to either risk our health, break our lease, or live with my husband's parents until we could be free of the lease and get a new apartment. This complex clearly prioritizes profit over tenant health and safety. Please avoid renting here.
