Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).

This company will come to to you for no extra charge, and repair your windshield for a reasonable price. I know I have used Safelite and in the past it as gone through insurance and I didn't want to keep doing that because my premiums are through the roof. So their quote of a $75 flat rate was so refreshing to see, as Safelite was $125 and I had to go there. Since I work from home right now due to COVID, I went with with Bernard and it was totally worth it. The entire process took 20 minutes. It's not perfect, but it is filled and with a lifetime guarantee- which is good enough for me. It was a STRONG strike from a stone, so I am just thankful that it wasn't worse. The fitment of the grille is so off that there is a gap between the grille and hood. I had a conversation with Ricky ( not sure if he is the lead auto repair technician ) explaining my dissatisfaction with the work . Ricky stated the grille is a aftermarket part , that the insurance wouldn't pay for an oem part. The issue I have with that is Corzav's Never reached out to the insurance company to let them know the grille didn't fit , nor did Corzav's request a payment adjustment to look for another grille. The owner of Corzav's Cory reached out to me and said he would do what he could to find a OEM grille to give him 2-3 weeks that he (Cory ) wanted me to be a satisfied customer. It's been over a month and Cory has only responded to one text I sent to him that he (Cory) had been out of the country and would call me later that day when he returned. Cory has not contacted me.All I want is for my truck to be fixed to a standard that is acceptable. Corzav's has a written warranty guarantee that parts or materials used are of first quality and this is not true. I will never use or refer anyone to Corzav's. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer. My hummer h3 looks terrible. YB

Him and two others im assuming are his sons or "employees".... BEWARE they ruined my car and sunroof sensors! he who goes by "gator tech #12" was referred to me and came out to replace a cracked windshield on my car, he was alerted beforehand that i have sensors on my windshield, he said he could do it and has 20+ years experience and presented fake credentials to gain trust... after he replaced the windshield there was loud whistling noise coming from the windshield, the glass is obviously glued on crooked and is covering half of my vin number displayed at the front, my sunroof buttons started having issues and he left exposed wires from the windshield sensors along with some disgusting, stink, black goo from his disgusting , dirty fingers all over my car interior , after i expressed my concern, he came back to "fix it" but instead he maliciously smeared the black stinky goo everywhere in my car including on both of my sun visors, he pulled out and broke my side pillars leaving it hanging with even more wires exposed, he added excessive amounts of glue and smeared it across my dashboard (impossible to remove). ALL BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO FIX A PROBLEM HE CREATED. HE HAS CREATED A SAFETY HAZARD AND I FEEL UNSAFE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE AND this BUSINESS (M&A bell auto glass) HAS refused to take accountability and or fix the issue. After i have made many attempts to resolve this issue, i was met with multiple verbal aggressions and insults from gator, he "gator" claimed over the phone that "you don't know wtf you're talking about, im not paying for nothing, people are discrediting my work, the glass is fine, you are not educated enough to understand, ect" after i tried to get REAL PROFESSIONALS TO FIX EVERYTHING HE BROKE IN MY CAR SINCE HE IS REFUSING TO FIX IT... He was paid in full but has refused to give me a receipt or any documentation/ information regarding the "works" he did on my car, i still attempted to get a resolution but he has ignored all messages, phone calls and he has eventually blocked my phone number. There are no valid information about his business in the state of Georgia so this company may not even be operating legally! Beware and don't make the same mistakes that i made! This mf has caused thousands in damages to my car when all he had to do was fix a windshield correctly. this situation has caused me unnecessary stress, and financial losses as i am not able to operate due to the fears of driving an unsafe car!
