The office experience in general is also super helpful-especially with the insurance portion. I haven't started treatment yet but it's already such a great experience and the doctor is so helpful too.

There are too many unqualified and insecure people who aren't licensed for anything in this field. I am driving from Cypress to Dr Reger because he is deciding what you need done and doing it himself. In my opinion, he is one of the best at facial improvement when you don't want a facelift and cant afford expensive change. Two thumbs up!

I'm a big worry wart when it comes to any procedure, especially involving my face, but Dr. Reger took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect, the down time(none), patiently answering my barrage of questions. He also has before and after pictures of other patients, too. The procedure involved a cold numbing lotion first which was refreshing. The treatment took maybe ten minutes. My eyes were covered but the light travels so you still "see" it. This was disconcerting at first till he explained why, then I relaxed. After, I felt fine and was given specific instructions on after care. I used almond oil as a moisturizer instead of my normal regimen. My face stang a bit after the numbing cream wore off but calmed down that evening. The next few days I was alarmed at the brown spots darkening but Dr. Reger had told me to expect this. At worst I looked polka dotted. I work from home but ventured out, only on close inspection could friends tell a difference. But with each shower I noticed less spots, fewer blemishes and my brow furrows lessening. The bags under my eyes are less and my droopy eyelids were lifted as well. All without surgery! I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend DR. Reger and staff! I'm 58, was born and raised in Texas and am a sun worshiper from way back. I've tanned with crisco and also baby oil and iodine. I had a LOT of sun damage on my face, neck and chest. And now that is gone! I'm now going to them for laser hair removal, Jessica is awesome! Liz and Azita are fantastic as well. Affordable, knowledgeable, patient, kind and an expert in his field, Dr. Reger is fantastic!

Today, I have my third visit with Dr. Hiscox of Complete Dermatology. Let me begin this review by…read moresaying that I don't often leave reviews at all and that it is even more rare that I will take the time to provide one with such high marks as this one. Let's start with the arrival/check-in process. It was quick and efficient. My appointment was at 11:00 AM. I get it.....doctors can often run behind, and people can often spend time twiddling their thumbs in a waiting room. I am certain that there are times that they fall behind, but with this visit, they are three-for-three. All of my visits have begun within mere minutes of scheduled times....and that is impressive! Prior to meeting with the doctor, his very personable assistant visited with me to discuss the reasons for my visit and to gather information for him. Too often, there is a disconnect at this point - you have to start over with the doctor and wonder why you ever wasted time answering questions and providing information to someone else in advance. This is NOT so with this visit (or my previous appointments with Dr. Hiscox. There was absolutely no question that all of the information that I had provided his assistant had been relayed to him. Dr. Hiscox is the best of the best (and that is not an exxageration.). He is personable and professional - truly a delight to visit with. He takes the time to listen, explains things in a layman's terms, and does not at all rush his patients. I cannot say enough good things about him. The group that schedules further appointments and takes care of insurance and payments are top-shelf, too. From beginning to end, Complete Dermatology hits it on all cylinders. I recommend them very, very highly....and if you are fortunate enough to have Dr. Hiscox as your dermatologist, I believe you have found the best.

I've been going to Complete Dermatology for several years, and one of the main reasons I kept…read morereturning was my dermatologist. I appreciated his professionalism, the way he conducted himself, and his genuine focus on patient care. A few years ago, my husband and I moved out of state for his job. We returned to Texas four years later. My visit with the doctor went well. However, I was surprised when I received my bill and saw that I had been charged the new patient rate because it had been more than three years since my last visit with that practice. In my view, I am not a new patient simply because several years have passed. While I understand that practices have their own billing policies, this one felt like an opportunity to charge existing patients a higher fee rather than recognizing their prior relationship with the practice. Unfortunately, that experience has changed my opinion of the practice. Although, I still have a great deal of respect for my dermatologist and the care he provides, I have decided not to return because I don't agree with this billing policy.
