Since it was originally a diy project I did have a lot of the parts bought already. So my only note would be let him get the parts you need so they are under his warranty. But he was upfront that any parts he used that were purchased by me wouldn't be covered and I was ok with that as they were smaller parts. Not sure how his prices compare to others because I needed the job done quickly but from the estimate it seemed fair with the labor involved.
