By 11:15 AM, I still hadn't been helped despite being on their list for over an hour. This is the second or third Xfinity box I've had that has failed, so it's already been a frustrating day. At 11:20 AM, the support representative finally called me up to the counter. However, as I was walking up, a woman who had just arrived cut in front of me. The employee chose to assist her first, so I had to sit back down and wait even longer. When I was finally seen, swapping out my modem took less than a minute, but the representative who helped me had an unpleasant attitude.
