They told me I needed a brand‑new heat pump and quoted me $13,000. Something didn't feel right, so I reached out to the maintenance man at our church. He said they always use Rinehart and highly recommended them. I called and spoke with Kevin Rinehart, explained the situation, and he came right out. Before giving me a price, he said he wanted to look at the system himself. After checking it, he found the issue--a wire was shorting out. He fixed it on the spot for $98. He saved me $12,902. Turns out that is not a regular Verizon branch but is a retailer for them. Not sure exactly how it works. So far, this only seems to help my opinion of them. Fantastic customer service and a much better insurance plan on the phones than what is offered at at standard branch. We have had to visit here more often than I would like to admit (I am apparently really good at hurting my phone) and each time they have been able to help easily. If you come here during peak hours on a weekend, you may have to wait but usually they move quickly so it isn't too hard to just browse while you wait. The lose a star for my first visit here, they had promised to follow up with us after our initial phone purchase to confirm if we wanted to add insurance, they did not, we forgot (you only have two weeks to add it) and when I hurt my phone the first time, it was a headache.
