I need to connect to a VPN for my work place, however, the connection is ONLY blocked whenever I am connected to the Gigstreem network (The ISP of my apartment complex). I have detailed the issue and escalated it multiple times to Gigstreem support, however, they have just kept on closing my tickets without resolutions after "escalating to the engineering team". They have been hesitant in hopping on a live call session to see my issue in real time and insisted that they will be "working on the issue after the call". I have been waiting on a resolution for 3 weeks, I even have escalated this issue to my work support and the VPN provider's support who have both confirmed the issue is from Gigstreem. I have confirmed that as well since the connection works when I'm connected to any other non-Gigstreem network. It is really disappointing to be locked into this ISP and their support channel just refuses to even look into this.

Occasionally the linked cell phone had issues but usually were resolved quickly. However, I decided to cancel the service. Without realizing the 2 year contract expiring, I used my cell to make international calls (I got 500 mins free every month with the plan) I got unexpected charge, I called them up and they told me why without any offer to waive the extra charge. We are paying 30$ for the plan including taxes, and we don't really need a home phone and international calls are cheap nowadays. The unexpected charge happened every time a plan expired, they charged me for this and that like setting up a trap. I really hate the unexpected payment and they blamed customers not checking emails， which looks like a regular email they sent every month. I was offered a better plan when I called to cancel, but too late! If I am not a valued customer, why should I stay, with the amount I paid I can certainly have many other options. You do business with integrity, not setting traps like, you have to return the device by MAIL within 15 days, otherwise will have a 60$ charge! Learn from other companies' customer service practices!

In fact, even though my Verizon wireless service has no problems with the Internet, I am unable to make any phone calls to anybody. Why didn't they try to reach me when this happened? A young sales associate assisted, he seemed to be in a hurry, told me how his baby mother trapped him (TMI). We didn't even know the transaction was over, he just walked off. They sent the kit for me to trade in my old devices to an address I haven't lived at for YEARS because he didn't even bother to verify my current mailing address. I went back to the store thinking I could just trade in my devices when another sales associate gave me the wrong shipping label, so I am glad that I caught that before mailing my devices. It has been very frustrating just trying to trade in devices and part of me regrets ever switching service to this provider. I think there needs to be more attention to detail from the employees in this store.

When it turned out to be more, he came to my house to diagnose the issue. When it was found to be more than he could fix quickly in-site, he took my laptop with him to repair. He kept me updated along the way and made me feel very comfortable. In our initial conversation he told me, "I respect your data and will make sure to keep it in tact", this was what solidified my decision to use him.
