Amazing 5-star experience with KOP and Diya! My Hyundai SUV was towed to an auto shop for repairs after falling victim to the infamous DC rats chewing through wires in the engine area. Somehow, my car keys were lost during that chaos, and the shop was not able to begin repairs until the key was replaced. KOP respondeed very quickly to my (late night Saturday) request for services i.e., driver's door lock cyclinder was not working! They were also available early Sunday to check out my issue. David quickly evaluated the issue. Tried first to repair the cylinddr externally. He then took apart the door and determined that definitely the cylinder was unrepairable. He was honest that the repair required a new cylinder (which he did not have on hand) and because of the year of the car was something that should be referred to the delaer or a mechanic. Because the repair could not be made there was no charge, althogh he spent 1 and 1/2 hours. Very decent gesture on David's part. Definitely recommend them! read more

I locked my keys inside my tractor trailer on a rainy night sitting in the parking lot on Stream Walk Ln in front of Ashley furniture. Excuse me for forgetting the technicians name but when I called the business number around 11pm the technician said that he will be there in about 10 minutes and he arrived in about the time he said he would. He was very professional and personable. He was quick and efficient had the door open and extra keys made for me as well. If I ever need a locksmith again (hoping that I don't) and I'm in the Manassas VA area again I'll definitely call and/or recommend KOP. read more

It's a real drag, and an expensive one, losing a FOB key to your car. Expecting to get ripped off by my deal (my car dealer to be clear), I saw Goggle reviews that raved about their FOB key replacement by KoP. I decided to give them a try. They came to my place, right on time, and in about an hour I had a working FOB key. The guy was great, professional and friendly. I hope I never lose another key or need to break into my condo (again), but if I do, this is the locksmith I'll be calling. Diya was very professional and got me out of a bad situation. I broke my car key and wasn't able to start my car to drive. I sent out quotes to several shops, KOP replayed first and continued to respond promptly. Some shops even charged more than the dealership! But not KOP! We agreed on a price, Diya came a few hours later (note: others said they would come later that evening), made a new key, programmed it, and made sure it worked with my car.
