Frank picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. He spoke to me professionally and was able to locate my gun case. They held it for me until the end of the day, and I was able to retrieve it. My friends and I all came with different skill levels: one never held a gun before, one shot a gun once and didn't believe in owning a gun, and me who shots at a frequency of once or twice a year. We learned the basic stances and holding techniques used by competitive marksmen. I had to unlearn my original natural tendencies. After just the first hour, my precision and accuracy both improved.
