I don't know what went on before, but I recently (2024) had a few dealings with them, and everyone was quite nice and pleasant to me. They are a bit overly cautious about late canceling for appointments, but that's understandable. But I had no problems with the desk staff over a few appointments and phone calls. read more

Upon arriving office staff in office shouting out names to patient wait room from down a hall way, rather then coming into room to call people in. Had a consult with Dr Wilson for deviated septum, she had me immediately go in for a full hearing test inside a booth saying that I can have hearing problems due to tiftunnitis I have had all my life (never an issue) and not what I'm there for, then charged me as an an outpatient procedure. Ask a lot of questions before going here, per dawn the biller, I should have known better and said no to the doctor. Rude staff, they have no hesitation talking about patients in front of other patients. unauthorized billing to insurance, billed as an outpatient procedure! we will be reporting. read more

The front desk people and the person who is supposed to schedule imaging appointments (Michelle) are beyond unprofessional. We had an appointment on May 6 and we are supposed to get scheduled for a barium swallow test. I gave all insurance information and followed up at least 6 times to get the appointment. Most of the time they don't get back to calls and are pretty rude answering the phone. Today it's June 21, 7 whole weeks since the dr appointment and I still don't have a scheduled appointment for the test. Last time I called I asked for Michelle to call back and even asked to talk to the dr who ordered the barium swallow test so I can complain about the service, and of course they didn't let me. They don't want to work at all. If they give me the information, I would call and schedule the appointment. How long does it take to schedule an appointment??!!! I'm not saying that the appointment is delayed, it's not even scheduled. Worst staff ever! I wish I had read the negative reviews here before going to that office read more

The staff at this office are beyond unprofessional. I had heard this before going for my appointment but decided to go since I would be seeing the doctor not the secretaries. I will NOT be going back. I cannot believe the staff are allowed to be rude on the phone and hang up on patients! They are even rude in front of patients when in the office. read more
