Being new to the area I hoped for the best when i walked into Natick Urgent Care. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and positively lovely to deal with. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, the facility state of the art and no one rushed you in and out. I went in for back pain and was able to have a conversation about it with the PA and we discussed options I would be comfortable with. She was helpful, sympathetic and genuinely listened to my concerns. I hope you don't need urgent care, but if you do then your first stop should be Natick Urgent Care. read more

I had a WONDERFUL first time experience at Natick urgent care. I went on a weekday about a half hour after they opened and there was only one other person waiting to be seen. I think I waited AT MOST 5-10 minutes before being seen although I do believe they get busier as the day goes on. The check-in process was quick and easy. The facility is HUGE. Everything was clean and very updated. I couldn't believe how big and how nice everything was. Everyone I encountered during my visit ( the gentleman who checked me in, the medical assistant who took my vitals and the doctor) were pleasant, friendly, and professional. both times I went here for an IV I called/messaged the office in advance asking if they had the IV nurse on staff that day they said they did. I got there and both times it was just a doctor. Different doctor both times yet both struggled and blew multiple of my veins attempting to get IV's in. This Saturday I went and one doctor blew three veins before finally agreeing I should go to the hospital, then asked if I would wait for another provider to try who used to be an emt. I waited for 10 minutes nobody came so I asked to be discharged to the hospital. I was there for an hour and a half and urgently needed an IV and left without any IV and both arms and hand veins blown. read more

At the very least, the staff could be less rude to patients. If someone has been waiting for more than half an hour, it's natural that they might ask about the delay. There's no need to respond rudely by saying, "We are busy." I understand that the clinic is busy, but patients are allowed to ask questions without being treated disrespectfully. Glad I came here. I walked in and they were amazingly efficient. I put in my name and was called right away. Then, I was called back to the service area. Time from arriving and registering to being called back for care was 5 minutes. Upon arriving in the examining room my vitals were taken... then the medical staff came in. The issue I came in for, my incompetent PCP was unable to effectively deal with, necessitating the visit. But here it was taken care of almost immediately. My entire appointment took no longer than 40 minutes. If only all doctors offices were like this. read more

I've been here number of times for severe cluster headaches and migraines. They take care of me every single time without judgment that I have to come in in my pajamas because I'm in too much pain to get dressed. They treat me right away and they're always very courteous, kind, and patient with me. They gave me a referral to a neurologist to see which I have an appointment for coming up. I became aware that I had lost my sense of smell and taste when I was eating breakfast on Wednesday, Dec. 16th. I was not aware of any Covid exposure but I didn't want to take a chance. I went to Natick Urgent Care on Dec. 16th around 1:30 PM to get a Covid test. I was seen within 5 minutes and a nurse did a PCR nasal swab. The PA came in and talked to me for several minutes and answered questions I had. I was in and out of the clinic in about 20 minutes. I received the test results through their portal this morning (Monday, Dec. 21). My test result was negative. All the staff at Natick Urgent Care are friendly and efficient. The waiting room is huge and there is plenty of space for patients to sit and not be close to each other. read more

I really like that the cost was the same as a regular doctor visit. very clean efficient process. got my X-rays and they were able to give me a cd to bring to my Ortho follow up. great choice for me and doors opened right at 8am on Friday. they were able to give me some relief with a couple shots too. great experience all around. I wish this has zero stars review, I am insured and called the insurance company prior arriving to verify that my insurance will be accepted and was reassured that it would be . When I arrived I presented the document and was told that manager Justin doesn't feel like accepting my insurance and wished me to pay out of pocket. I wasn't given a clear explanation, so had to leave in pain and go somewhere else. In fact after reading Justin's comment I reverified with 1199 SEIU National Benefits Fund that my insurance is accepted there , this place is just after money . As noted by others, no one goes to urgent care for fun - but when one of our children presented on a Saturday with an odd, super aggressive bug of some sort (fever, lethargy, nausea, racing pulse, etc) which leveled her wee 6 year old body, and the pediatrician has just closed, we weren't about to bring her to an ER. I couldn't have been more impressed by our experience at Natick Urgent Care. Efficient, professional, thorough and caring. Their facility is immaculate. Our PA and nurse team were on the case during what was a pretty scary time for our kiddo, and were able to quickly rule things out, get her ship righted. Pointless going here. They are not able to offer the same services as a primary care physician. Defeats the purpose of going to Urgent care. I went to my primary care provider on the Monday following the weekend and they were able to provide the testing I needed right away and were surprised Urgent Care did not do that. I was sent to Natick Urgent Care from another Urgent Care center. I drove directly to Natick Urgent Care for service and arrived at Natick Urgent care in pain at 7:50 PM on 2/5/2020. The doors were locked. A receptionist reluctantly opened the door. But I was denied service. Everyone seemed ready to go home And very dismissive! Without looking at me or touching me the doctor told me the procedures I needed would take two hours and he could not treat me. I doubt I would competent stan care at this facility. I was flat out denied service before I was ever seen by a physician at your facility. I may or may not have needed a CT scan! It just rude! If there is a need to close early or if the facility does not want to see patients at 7:50 PM just call it what it is, but don't defend poor interactions as miscommunication. read more

I've been treated there several times and always had a great experience. Recently, I brought my 2 year old in for what turned out to be a minor foot injury on a Sunday morning. Entire staff was absolutely amazing and so patient with her (even the Xray!). I can't thank them enough for treating my daughter with the best care. read more

Everything was great and speedy! The woman who checked me in was so nice and helpful. The nurse and PA were also great. It was important for me to get in and out quick with a solution as I had a flight the next day and didn't want my ear issue to be a problem. Fantastic providers during all proceedings. There was essentially no wait time (even for a walk in) and the nurses and doctors took their time to get me set up and checked out. There was no feeling of being rushed through the visit, and the doctor made sure to carefully assess my symptoms and listen. All other nursing and medical staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. this is my go-to urgent care. I have always had wonderful care. My husband and son are also patients there. We have gone there for anything from stomach pain to blood pressure to broken bones or anxiety. They are non-judgmental and so kind. Went to NUC for the second time in a couple of years for 2 unrelated issues. Not only does the facility have a calming/healing feel but the staff are more than anyone could ask for in a medical situation. Special kudos to Lyn who took my vitals & information as to why I was there. Also, Gretchen, the PA, was able to diagnose my issue, offer a couple of options for treatment/one I chose. They should be named "not-so-urgent"care. Arrived this 12:05 pm today at what I learned upon arrival was their noon closing time. Receptionist spent the first 5 minutes asking me how I got into the building and inquiring among her colleagues as to who didn't lock the doors. Told me they were closing and after conferring with the "provider" asked me (for the first time) what I was there for. When I replied severe sinus infection, she told me their policy is that at closing time, if someone can come back tomorrow, we ask them to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow is not an option with fever and sinus pain. I understand closing time, especially on a holiday but perhaps a little more compassion for a patient and even some assistance about alternative clinics? Grrrrr.
