My MT was Chelsea Rollings and was excellent. Took the time and asked the right questions and tailored her approach to my needs. She is skilled enough to take you right to the threshold on the deep tissue stuff (well, mine anyway, which is pretty high) but never to where I've needed to ask her to ease up on the pressure as I have with other local practitioners. I've had an incredibly stressful year with work and family stuff, and also started doing personal training for the first time in years, so would say I've had more tension and stiffness than usual. Regardless of how frazzled or sore I've felt before a session, Chelsea is able to work out the knots like few others. I always leave feeling good and wake the next day feeling even better. She's also a lovely person, and while the doctors surgery is not a fancy-pants day spa she has a calm space, very clean sheets and bed, appropriate and mixed relaxing music (not 100% panpipes which I appreciate) and is not chatty unless you initiate conversation which is perfect for me. I now have a line item in my budget for a couple of sessions each month at least... highly recommend. p.s. I saw an earlier reviewer who said Chelsea was hard to get hold of. That hasn't been my experience at all, and I also really appreciate the email notification reminders of appointments.
