There are plenty of classes available with different instructors at various times throughout the week. On weekend mornings, there are a few options which is great, especially for those like myself who may not wake up in time for the first class. All instructors exceeded my expectations - they never pushed us to do more than our bodies could handle. They taught in a way that motivated me to push myself. From Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling to Striking/Boxing the Instructors here are very qualified and knowledgeable of their craft, and it shows when the kids compete. The biggest reason I decided to have my son attend Strategic as opposed to other martial arts schools is 1- The curriculum that is taught is done by professionals that actively participate in the field. 2- The amount of students per class is fair and a frequent training schedule.
