The first car I received had a strong smoke odor. Although the company has a no-smoking policy, some customers clearly do not follow it, and non-smokers can definitely tell. I returned to the office, and without any attitude or problem, a gentleman by the name of JACK immediately worked with me and gave me another vehicle of the same model, only newer and much fresher. What truly stood out to me was this employee named (JACK) In all my years since the 1980s, I can honestly say he is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. He has old-school values (GOD FEARING) that are hard to find today. He treats customers with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. He explained everything thoroughly, no matter how busy he was or how many questions people had. The amazing part is that this location seems understaffed, yet Jack was constantly moving from customer to customer like he was running a marathon, while still remaining calm, polite, and professional. Many people today could learn from his example. Enterprise should truly recognize employees like this because people remember how they are treated. Kindness breeds kindness, and JACK made what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you again, JACK for your professionalism and excellent customer care. You represent the best of old-school customer service. PLEASE NOTE: I would have given TWO STARS but JACK SAVE THE DAY!!!

Called in and got picked from home on a Chevy Tahoe to get to this place. Miranda was amazing right from pickup to getting me a nice upgrade of a Hyundai Kona for the same price , only because of the condition of car availability which was my good luck. The checkout process was very fluent and the car condition was great. I had to return the car earlier than what I anticipated because of the loaner availability and the checkout was smooth again. I now know a place where I can look for my next rental needs if I would have one again.

    Enterprise car rental website took my reservation for the Edison route 27 location first. When I…read morereached there they said they don't have the car or even an upgrade. So I made another reservation at this enterprise agency by calling them (Woodbridge NJ-whose review page we are all on). They confirmed the make and model of the car and time and said yes i can come in and get the car in next 20 minutes. I get here and they say they don't have it and that the call actually went to their call center and not the agency . This Woodbridge agency say they were gonna call me to say they don't have the car but because of the day being hectic couldn't call on time . By this time I had spent 40$ in cab and 1 and half hour getting from home to agency to another agency and didn't get the car. I complained to enterprise they said we are escalating it to management . Also, not all Enterprises are equal depending on the manager and staff. My car broke down pretty recently and I needed a rental. I was waiting for my jobs fleet manager to create a rental reservation for me for hours. The tow truck took forever and I'm not impressed with my job, but Enterprise came through! I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating this Enterprise was. Nicole was kind enough to send a driver to pick me up before they even had a car available for me and before I was able to provide a rental reservation number. Luckily for me a vehicle was available shortly after. The car was quickly serviced and sanitized before I was ready to go. The prices are fair. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I'd you are in the area and need a rental, it's a no brainer.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had to book a round trip from central NJ to Newark airport and forgot…read morethe name of the car service we used previously. My wife was at work, so I couldn't ask her to remind me. I called MetroPark on April 3rd for a pickup on April 4th and spoke to 'Sid'. He seemed like a nice enough guy although he couldn't seem to either hear or understand what I was saying part of the time. He told me what the price would be for the pickup at our home and for the return trip, I gave him my credit card info and email and he said I would be receiving an email or text confirmation. By the morning of April 4th, I had still not received any confirmation but what I did receive was an almost $400 charge on my card from them. The agreed upon price I got on the phone was $120 each way. I called the main number back at 8:10 am on April 4th, got a different person, told them I had not received confirmation and asked why I was charged so much extra. He was rude and condescending, said it was sent and that I should check my spam email (which I had already done prior to calling), told me the extra fees were for gratuities and other expenses and added that I shouldn't book them if I can't afford it. Keep in mind that this comment comes from a semi-literate working at a taxi stand. Needless to say, I emphatically told him to cancel the service and hoped this would be the end of it. I then called my bank to give them the heads up about these charges as I would be out of the country for over a week. They explained that the charges were still pending, but I at least wanted it to be on record that I contacted them immediately. As I write this on April 13th, the charges were still on my card, so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and the charges will be taken off. Also, we went with the car service we had previously used and they were honest, charged less, had a clean, new car and were top notch. Even our driver was a pleasure. To summarize, it is much easier to be an honest company who treats their clients with respect and good service than a vampiric parasite who tries to cheat honest people out of their money. You are only hurting yourselves in the long run through loss of business and reputation. MetroPark, are a few extra ill-gotten bucks really worth it?

He said he was at a party, no problem. Never did he tell me I was being charged from the original time. I believed that because I gave over 2.5 hours notice, I wouldn't be charged. I paid $193 for the trip from Metropark to Rumson. They billed me an extra $180 the next day. When I questioned Sid, he was extremely rude. He sent an email threatening to sue me if I write a bad review. The below email was sent at 1:51 pm on 11/30/2023: Megan Ferber , The charge is in line with company policy and terms and service, Please read the company policy and it was emailed to you in your confirmation as well. Secondly, We are making this a legal notification , if you chargeback this charge you will incur all cost associated with it. Meaning and not limited to Loss of business , You claimed that you will defame the business all over the internet. If such of what you described happens , We will personally challenge you legally ! for loss of business, Loss of Time, defamation and hours involved to rectify. I provided all required information upfront and was told everything was fine. However, when I arrived for pickup, I was denied the rental due to a "location-specific policy" regarding probationary licenses. This policy was never disclosed to me during booking or in my prior call with customer service. I was assisted by Sam at the counter and later spoke with the manager, Bobby Sabharwal. While I understand that policies may vary by location, the way this situation was handled was disappointing. When I asked for clarification or simple written documentation explaining the denial (so I could report back to my company), I was repeatedly interrupted and told to "have legal follow up," without being provided any immediate documentation or support. There was little effort to listen or offer a solution in real time. As a result, I was left without a vehicle after traveling to the location for a time-sensitive, work-related obligation. To be clear: I verified eligibility before booking I showed up with all required documentation I was still denied service due to a policy that was never communicated This reflects a breakdown between corporate booking and franchise-level policies, and unfortunately, the burden fell entirely on me as the customer. I recommend that anyone booking here: Call the specific location directly Ask detailed questions about license requirements Get confirmation in writing if possible There needs to be better transparency and basic customer care in situations like this. No one should be left stranded after doing everything correctly on their end.

I felt I was so blessed to have found a car through Avis in Orlando when I returned the car kindness compassion I was so happy they were so kind I'm so blessed to have this company in my area where I live thank you again.
