    My Review: Location…read moreand first impressions - Cons, A little scary. Lots of tough guys walking around speaking Russian. Loads of cars all packed super tight into a tiny lot. The office is what you would expect from a small used car dealer (trailer trying to be chic). Pros- Lots of high-end​ cars, priced well and very friendly service from Eugene! They did work with the numbers I wanted for financing. One thing I noticed once I got home was I could tell the last owner (or whoever had this car last) left the sunroof open because there were water marks all around the top of the car (that would have been nice to have someone else tell me that or I would have given more stars). So far almost 24 hours later and I love my new car! Eugene was the most friendly and hard working salesman and Arthur worked with me to make sure the downpayment and monthly payments were what I wanted.

I visited this dealership fully prepared to purchase a vehicle and was kept waiting for more than two hours. I gave them a second chance and returned the next day, only to be kept waiting for another two hours. The complete lack of respect for a customer's time was unacceptable. What was even more concerning was what happened when I was ready to finalize the purchase. After discussing the price and preparing to bring payment, they suddenly added approximately $5,500 in additional fees. These charges were not presented transparently from the beginning and completely changed the deal that had been discussed. The entire process felt misleading and unnecessarily complicated. Instead of providing clear information and professional service, the staff came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with poor communication, and there seemed to be little concern about earning or keeping a customer's trust. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, this dealership failed in all three areas. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review every number, every fee, and every document before signing anything. I walked away feeling that my time had been wasted and that the dealership was not operating in a way that puts customers first. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I came across this dealership online and i wish i didn't because I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't have a total purchase price on their website and when i called they still wouldn't give me the total price of the vehicle unless i came in. They have absolutely no people skills and extremely rude. However i did have them give me the price over the phone after i filled an application which i totally regret. Due to my credit i was approved for certain vehicles however i wanted one specific vehicle. The finance manager told me i would have to put more money down. (Which is not a problem i was actually planning to put more than half of what they're selling it for.) of course i didn't say that to her because i wanted to see what kind of offer they can give me. I asked her if i put more money down then i can get the vehicle I want and then she told me i would have to see if they would approve that. Which totally contradicted what she told me 5 min earlier. I mean it is absolutely ridiculous. Little did they know if they had better skills with people they could of made 2 sales on luxury vehicles today. Maybe would of bought one and paid in full in cash. LOL When i told Bridgette I was not going to drive there until I knew how much they were asking she hung up on me! I called back thinking there must've been some mistake and she confirmed that the only way she could possibly find out the asking price was for me to drive there and go with her to see the truck. Then she hung up on me AGAIN. Incredible. Avoid this place at all costs.

    I can't speak for other people on here but I can say my experience was the complete opposite…read more I went in, initially looking for an SUV. I didn't find what I wanted in my price range but the staff was great. So great that when I decided to revise what I was looking for, I went back to see what else they had. I really can't say enough good things about the experience I had - most especially with Miguel and Chris. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I even really put one of their salesmen through the wringer when I started feeling sick. I went to the dealership right after work and ended up spending too much time chatting with Miguel about this car and that car. By the time it was time to fill out some paperwork on a car I was taking for a little extended test drive (awesome, by the way, that they did that for me), it was 9pm...and I hadn't eaten anything since about 1pm. I just suddenly felt really sick - I was shaking, my head was pounding - it was awful! When Miguel could see I was really needing to get home, he rushed everything to completion for me. I'll admit I ended up not buying the car from Loman but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly, helped answer all my questions and I loved that I didn't feel bullied. The first night I went there, when I couldn't get the SUV in the price range I wanted, Chris said: "Hey, listen - I'm sorry we weren't able to make a deal tonight but if you decide you want to take a look at some other cars I hope you'll come back." So, of course, I did. If you're looking for a car, please give these guys a try. When you go, make sure you talk to Miguel. He's awesome and he'll work hard to get you in something you like within your price range. And if he just can't, he won't bully you into something you don't want.

I browsed for cars online, I knew how much I wanted to pay monthly, how much I wanted to pay overall & how much I wanted to make as my down payment. Ashley, the manager from Raritan , how would I go about obtaining that particular truck, she said sales would give me a call.- I rushed home and call my son and told him I was serious about getting the truck. I shopped around first , only because it's the smart thing to do, but then my son told me , you need to get a new car now as your placing more miles on your trade and the winter is coming. Artis continued by saying, "I work with these cars everyday and for you, the Tahoe is perfect and no need to go anywhere else. Our cars are certified and we stand behind our commitments." After speaking meeting Ariana from sales, I knew I was in the right place. She was so welcoming and upfront with no haggle tactics! -Honestly, I think I was the haggle. Told her I would be back as my schedule was extremely crazy. Everyday my son , Artis Hemmingway, would call me for updates as to when I was going to get the truck because he told me," Mom if you love the truck and the price is right, GET IT AND DO NOT WAIT! It won't be there for long." See I had been in love with Tahoes for years! When I drove the wagoneer, I loved how big it was but after my research, Tahoe still came out as the supreme choice! I then came back to the sales team , that's when I met Jordan, who took the reins while Ariana was out. We test drove other cars as I wanted something to compare. Again , when I got home , called my son, who I have to thank for his patience. I apologized for bugging him on his days off but he calmly said, " Purchasing a car is huge deal and commitment, especially a used one. You have to be sure. But this is why I told you to go to there. You will be in good hands."-I came back, met a different representative by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and after my family went to test drive the Tahoe and gave me the green light, Josh got the truck down to Iselin. Corey, the manager was extremely helpful and professional as he worked closely with Ariana on the sale. There were 2 other managers , as I met all 3, who also were great . Corey and the other managers, went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with my sale and got everything I needed and wanted! Their sales team, w/the highlight on Ariana, made this experience a stress free moment and I truly will purchase cars here in the future (next few months for my business)- Again, I have to give Artis Hemmingway, the top kudos as I would have never thought to purchase from Enterprise! Thank you Artis for helping me with my decision for this vehicle!!!! I absolutely Love my new Truck. Thank you guys again and I will see you in a few short months to purchase company cars!
