We called to tell the store that we were on our way on a message, because they did not pick-up the call, during working hours. We informed them we would be there in a few minutes, that we could see the Enterprise office and were at a red light. We arrived at 1:03 and an employee driving a red car shook his head as no., as he left the parking lot passing us. The other on a blue car left right behind. No one remained behind to honor our confirmed reservation. Seriously, why would the app let you book a car and pickup at 1:00 PM, when employees will not be there to honor it. So now we have no vehicle for the weekend. We have to Uber around town. Our plans to take our daughter to Universal tomorrow for her birthday are cancelled. What would you do with employees like these? Their selfishness to get their weekend started, trumping the customer's reservation, leaves me speechless. I call for their dismissal. They clearly don't care about the company's revenue, the customers, or their job. They ignored the confirmed reservation, ignored the call, and ignored us, the customers, whom arrived before they left. Intentional dereliction of duty.

I have been a loyal customer with enterprise for many years and I have never felt robbed like I do…read morenow. I rented a Kia car for 30 days last September. Once I maxed those 30 days I was told I had to close that rental out return the car and start the prices again. So I did just that. I returned the car spic and span paid my fees and gave another 300 deposit to rent a Toyota rav 4 for 1 week. After that week was up I returned the car after hours and dropped the keys in the box. This was my biggest mistake. I assumed my deposit would be in my bank account the next day from previous experience with Enterprise. But here we are March of 2026 and I still have not received my deposit back. The manager Danya said she called multiple times and they said they sent me check (odd because its usually digital). I requested that check be canceled and another sent and she said she did this. Still no check . So I call weeks after and she said she now requested the check to be sent to her office for me to pick up. No call back. So I call the customer service myself and they are telling me I'm not owed a deposit as it was put towards my past rental. FALSE i paid for that rental separate and the deposit was put onto the next car as my invoices show. So which is it?? I was sent my deposit via check or I'm not owed a deposit at all? The second rep says if I am owed a deposit the manger could easily send my money herself and not have to get accounting included. What's the truth?!! Because my bank doesn't lie. I am owed $300 for 5 months from a multi billion dollar company!!!! I followed the rules I took good care of the cars and I want my money !!
