It sucks when you are in an accident! The good news was nobody was hurt in either car but the only way my car was moving was by tow truck! I knew there was an Enterprise just down the street from the accident. I've been a fan of them for years but never this location. I called them and within five minutes I was picked up directly from the scene of the accident! Computers can be wonderful and this this case I was in their national database. Five more minutes in their office and I was driving home in a 2019 perfectly clean rental. Forty-eight hours later I stopped in again with my insurance claim number and easily coordinated everything. The two employees that I touched were polite and efficient. This was a five star experience and a wonderful example of a business run right! read more

Jacobi (Administrator) has outstanding and caring service. I love the attitude and speed. He has been alone the 2 times I rented my vehicle. There were multiple customers in the lobby prior my arrival. He also washes the cars and keeps the cars splendid sparkle clean (inside out). Like comon, please give him a raise or atleast a nice fat bonus. It is hot outside. And he opens and closes often. He is polite and does his job correctly and with professionalism. Avon Park can be a tough city because there are some real jerks and people with nasty attitude. I am a witness since I encountered many residents from the area. Jacobi wear multiple hats And a genuine hard worker. I greatly appreciate his servic. if it wasn't for him I would go to Hertz or Turo. read more

I made a reservation for a small car on Travelocity. I went to pick up the vehicle. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door...ok. Then I proceed to tell Robert Peterson my information from my reservation. He told me he tried to call me to tell me that they didn't have the size car I wanted and that I would need to upgrade. I advised him that my information should have come through because I ordered through Travelocity and that my information with my phone number was on there since I booked through them. He began to go back-and-forth with me telling me how they are a third party and that my number is not included with the reservation. OK, so we move on from that issue about him not being able to call me. He then tells me that I have to pay for the upgrade. It is not my fault they don't have a size vehicle that I want and I told him that I came in there expecting to pay one price and now he's telling me that I would have to pay extra. After letting him know I've never had that issue before, he then tried to switch it up and tell me that I wouldn't have to pay anything extra and that I would only have to pay the $200 reservation fee plus the fee to rent the vehicle. (I get the $200 back when I turn the vehicle in). I handed him a credit card which I am authorized to use. He said because my husband's name was on the card he could not use it because the name on the card has to match the reservation. I've never ever had that issue before and I told him that and I expressed how upset I was about that so I used another card. When we went outside to give me the vehicle he tried to have me initial paperwork that had an extra $150 charges on it. Good thing I read before I just initialed and signed because I called him out on it and he acted surprised as if he didn't realize he had done what he did. He fixed it and I initialed and signed. Once I got back home I realize that on the paperwork there were two charges in which he charge both of my credit cards for $303.60. $607.20 for a vehicle for 2 days?! I immediately called back to the store once I saw the problem and Robert answered the phone. He then tried to say he didn't realize the card was charged. I asked to speak to his manager and he gave me the same phone number that is on his business card. I didn't realize it until I hung up but he could've easily transferred me to his boss. Instead, he decided to inconvenience me even further by having me call back and go through the whole pushing numbers to get to the right extension deal! I called back and asked to speak to David which is who he told me I needed to ask for and of course I got the runaround saying that David was on a conference call and I would be receiving a call back from him once he's off that call. I am going above their heads and I am calling corporate and I am reporting this incident and my experience because one thing they do not know about me is that I don't play about unprofessionalism and that's exactly what was displayed today. See attached picture of me being double charged! UPDATE: I did speak with David, who is the district manager for Enterprise and he seemed very upset with my experience today. I felt that he went above and beyond to make things better and to make up for my terrible experience. After speaking with him, I feel he's going to correct and train the employee on his problem areas in hopes that no other customer is treated like this again. I'm raising my 1 star rating to 3 solely because of David's efforts to make things right. read more

My mom and dad were in a car accident at the beginning of the month where unfortunately my father passed away and my mom's back was broken and had several broken ribs. Their car was a total loss. I am from out of state, so we needed a vehicle to get my mom back and forth to all of her doctor appointments. Rob Petersen, at the Avon Park, FL, Enterprise office was absolutely wonderful, he was so sympathetic to our issues and worked above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs.
