When I returned home, I visited this Big 5 location and spoke with a manager to return all three seats. There was an issue with the itemized items on my receipt, which caused the manager some difficulty, as the bar codes on the receipt did not match the codes on the merchandise. The manager resolved my issue within a few minutes, and I received my refund. The store manager was very helpful, friendly, and professional, and is to be commended for providing great customer service.

Christian was the gentleman that helped me out along side a trainee. I understand when training someone, things may take a while. And it did. Buuuuut, even though he was training someone while helping me out. It was still one of the fastest transactions I've experienced compared to other locations. Very knowledgeable in his line of work which is greatly needed especially dealing with legal transactions as these. Answered all my questions with understandable explanation with no hesitation. What I was most impressed about is how he was guiding his trainee. Never once belittled them when they would make a mistake or didn't understand a certain line on the paperwork. Instead would guide them on how to fix or correct it in a friendly and professional manner. Because I've seen managers do that before and it gets so awkward.
