Went to restaurant for a late lunch. Orders are placed at the counter and when we walked up, the worker picked up chips with his bare hands for our basket without wearing gloves. We considered leaving, however, everyone in our party was hungry so we stayed. I ordered the cheese quesadilla. On the board and on the paper menu on the counter, the cheese quesadilla is listed as $4.99. For some reason, I was charged $7.50. When asked about the price discrepancy, the worker (who used his bare hands for our chips and also took our cash) stated he didn't know why it was different but still charged us the higher price. We ended up splitting a quesadilla (7inches) and 3 tacos. The fountain drink machine is filthy. Overall, the food was pretty basic Mexican food. The quesadilla looks much smaller than the picture suggests. Bland, but not terrible. Due to the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant, I will not go back. read more

So we had to try this seemingly out-of-place Mexican place in the middle of Amish country. We were rewarded with some seriously good food. It is a no frills place: order at counter and they will bring food out to you. PROS: Their burritos are huge, and their chicken is well seasoned and so is the rice. You also get an order of chips and salsa, and the salsa is one of the better fresh salsas I have had, I would say a medium heat. CONS: chips were good but I have had better. Plastic silverware and styrofoam cups are always a pain. Bottom line: this is what makes America great: authentic Mexican food in the heartland of this great country. We will be back. read more

Online said opened Sunday we drove to get there door partially said closes. Seen other people in so went in. Food was decent but way overpriced!! Need real silverware if you won't cut up the chicken. Plastic cutlery isn't working. Thankful for real plate that helped a little. If you all was taking our garbage okay I'd get it but that would warrant the steady cold air for the length of time that it was open. As others have stated, it is cafeteria style so there is not any real ambiance. The restaurant is immaculate. The food came out very quickly and was excellent. The salsa had a nice kick and the chips were tasty. I had the fajitas and my wife had a burrito. We both commented how fresh the ingredients were. Add with that $2.50 per drink and your $20 meal has become a $30 meal. For a restaurant that's pretty standard but for a fast food setting with lower overhead it's on the high side. Well were do I start my mom and I decided to go here to eat before work and as soon as we walk in one of the workers had a pot on the floor mixing the white queso dip cheese in the pan that is on the floor mind you. Then we were standing there for about maybe 5 minutes he looked at us a few times but didn't come up to take our order just kept mixing the cheese dip in the pot on the floor. He finally came to take our order we payed then he was getting our chips ready and in the time from mixing the cheese to coming to get the chips ready he did not wash his hands going against health code he used his hands to serve the chips into a basket. We set at the cleanest table you could find, none of them were wiped off, at least not very well bc there were still crumbs on them. I go to get my drink and as I am filling up my cup I see something moving out of the corner of my eye to my astonishment it was a couple of ants crawling all over the wall. Then we finally got our food and the only thing that was good was the beans and rice out of what we had ordered, my mom wasn't even able to finish her food.
