Their chicken pot pie soup is really tasty. I liked the mac the first time I had it, but the second time the noodles were really mushy and the sauce didn't taste as good. Overall, I'd give Potbelly's a solid 3.5, one of the better chain sub spots in my opinion.

Still good! Enjoyed the quiet save for the moody, old-school garage-style club(?) music playing and some fun or odd vids and commercials playing on the BK-curated TV screen.
